SherPai Lodge, from the moment we arrived Emma made us feel welcome and the lodge itself was so cozy and welcoming, we were lost for words. Emma had gone out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, from Oscar our dog with a welcome present, to ourselves having bread eggs all kinds of food and drinks, you really couldn’t of asked for more. we would highly recommend staying, as it’s well worth the money. A gem of a location hidden away, but in walking distance to all amenities and close to the sea front.

Such a wonderful place to stay, super cute and cosy cabin with everything you could possibly need. The complimentary snacks were such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Great games and a really well equipped kitchenette. Couldn’t recommend the place highly enough if you’re visiting the area and looking for somewhere cosy, comfortable and very welcoming.

I just loved everything about this little gem of a place the hosts were lovely people and nothing was to much trouble location great just a short walk to the beach shops eateries. I’ll look forward to returning next year.

This little lodge is a stunning place in a lovely area. Emma was an amazing host who puts her heart into making this holiday home outstanding. The lodge was spotlessly clean, had everything and more needed to cover our week's stay, beautiful garden well kept. Emma kindly left lots of complimentary breakfast foods, snacks, drinks, ice lollies, ice creams, all that suited me and the 2 kids individually. Emma's attention to detail is what makes this place special. She had even left my Son and Daughter personalised gifts waiting for when we arrived. My Son turned 16 whilst there, Emma and her wonderful family very kindly involved us in their BBQ that evening and bought him some gifts with banners and balloons setup in our private garden area - lovely suprise for my Son to wake up to. The private pool was amazing, we loved it! We're already looking forward to returning next year!

There was nothing not to like

Everything was pretty much exquisite, nothing missed, even our pug got a couple of treats and a Welcome letter from their dog.

The chalet is charming, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We used the outdoor pool and gardens which were all beautifully maintained. This was a great base for exploring Herne Bay on foot and getting taxis to venture further afield was easy. I had let Emma know that we were staying over my Husband's 60th birthday weekend and she and her lovely family gave us an unexpected but very generous and thoughtful welcome with a banner, balloons, cake and gifts. We loved our stay, thank you.

What a beautiful place in a perfect location. The lodge is perfect and has everything you could possibly need. The garden is a lovely size and perfect for my 3 year old with the swings and slide, plus the pool was fantastic. Lovely and warm and we had a blast. The host also made it extra special by adding lots of personal touches, including a gift bag for my daughter and lots of yummy drinks and snacks. Just perfect!

We was there 2nd time and it was awesome time again. Landlords are really nice people, we just opened a door when we arrived and there was small gift for our kids, it was really nice. I'm sure that we'll come again some day.

Everything was brilliant. House was very clean, nice and warm. Our kids was very happy there. Our family really enjoy. Pool are really nice big and water was heated. My kids had birthday when we was there and even landlords gave them small presents it was realy realy nice.

Perfect for our needs. I wouldn’t recommend for any more than 4. The pool and hot tub were amazing added extras, towels provided too!

Quirky and homely. Home from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the lodge. Emma couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a lovely stay and the treats and drinks she left for us were a lovely surprise! We would love to come back in the summer once the pool is open.

Where to even begin? The lodge was adorable, very clean, had absolutely everything you would need, it was very surprising as we were not expecting it to be so wonderful. The hosts were next level 5 stars, amazingly nice and we could not get over the fact that they left some snacks and dairy free products for us (my partner is lactose intolerant) so, for us, this was going over and beyond. We were very grateful and happy for this. It is very cosy and great for couples as it has a very romantic atmosphere to it. All in all it has been the best place I have been and this property will be the first we will look if we go back to Kent. I wish more properties would be as great as this one. A hidden treasure.
