The beachside location, private pool, and within Palmetto Dunes was nice. Also near resorts and local restaurants.

Ad was for ocean front, fully updated, first floor unit. After we paid, we received confirmation of a completely different unit without an ocean view, not updated since the 90s, a leaking toilet, on the opposite side of the complex, on the 3rd floor. When we complained, we got the run around then no one actually made it right. We paid a high price for a disappointing stay.

Loved the location, right on the coast.

The unit was old, unrenovated, and badly in need of an update. The floor throughout was uneven and lifting. There is mold coming out of the air vents. The washing machine barely filled to 1/3 full of water so we could only wash 1/4 of a load at a time. When we arrived at the check in time, the units floor was still filthy, full of long hair and sand. We swept up to large piles. I called and the housecleaner who had just left came back and hour later and cleaned the floors. Given "COVID" issues, I am positive the unit was not sanitized as it should have been.
