We were disappointed with our stay. We were not informed in advance that property renovations were in progress. We were denied use of our lanai after the second day of our stay and actually had to leave the property at times during our stay due to noise levels. We have contacted Vacasa to ask for a partial refund but have not received a reply.

Property is very nice and clean and perfectly located to everything. Unit was nice but microwave did not work, tv in Livingroom was out. called and a day later they fixed it. Could not sit on balcony due to one wall had screen missing & the bugs would carry u away. no parking for a boat every where in town was 400 for a week.. Security guard/Girl is an annoying mean nasty person. every year she will yell at the kids or harass us while we are in the pool, or watch us like a hawk for everything. We reported her but 4 years later she is still at it. WAS NOT happy with this stay at all this time.

Hello We have returned from our stay at the Riverside Club and wish to provide you with our feedback. The unit itself was a good layout and the bed was beautifully comfy and there were loads of really good towels. However the on site staff are VERY CLEAR that they have NOTHING to do with rentals other than to issue car parking permits and therefore there was no interest in the pool not being available which was disappointing. More importantly, the front door lock of the unit was really poor and in our opinion definitely needs replacing and none of the light bulbs worked fully (with no replacements in the unit). We loved Marco Island but would not stay at this property again. Bit of a shame since this was a trip for our wedding anniversary.

Beautiful quiet location within walking distance of several restaurants. Very nice neighborhood. Nice pool, rental boats and waverunners nearby. What would’ve made this stay Perfect. Would have been 2 beach chairs and two beach towels. Washer and dryer would be nice too. There is one down the end of the hall bring quarters. Everything was very clean. The Lanai has a screen missing.

We checked into this condo on Christmas evening. The next morning at 8:00 a.m. we awoke to the sound of drilling and pounding in the condo next door to us, which ended up going on until 5:00 pm. According to the workers, there were multiple condos around us that would be undergoing construction for the rest of the week. This condo would have had a very nice view from the deck, but the next day, our deck sliders and window were taped up with heavy plastic because the exterior was going to be painted. The painters said it would take a few days. We were not informed about any of this, and would not have chosen this condo had we known about all the construction, noise, and lack of any view to the outdoors. The management company said the owner must have been notified by the condo association, but that she did not even tell them. The pull out sofa in the living room had a broken frame rendering it useless, with one end of it pointing toward the floor at a 45 degree angle. But this was the least of our problems. After multiple calls and texts to the management company (Vacasa), we asked for a refund or to be moved to another location. Vacasa staff spoke to the condo owner, who offered us a maximum refund of 10%. That was unacceptable, so we asked to be moved, and by the end of the day, Vacasa had reserved us a great condo on the other side of the island, which was more expensive, but they paid the difference. There are many other, nicer condos to choose from on Marco. We would never stay here again, but had a good experience with Vacasa.
