The property was clean and ready for our check in. We had everything we needed except the can opener didn’t work. The remodel was done very nicely and the bath and shower options for our needs completely. The TV streaming worked without interruptions. Just wish it was closer to the swimming areas on the lake. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to get to some nice swimming areas.

Traveled the 6 hours with entire family. We have three grown children and their significant other. The property is conveniently located to multiple areas of interest. We traveled the short distance to Irving to our son’s graduation, then on to Arlington to watch a Texas Rangers ballgame. We also visited Eisenhower State Park, Denison Dam and Hey Day in Denison as well as local fishing on our own and with a guide. We enjoyed a rainy day in the house and binge-watched movies and a fire on the outdoor firepit The property accommodated the four couples nicely. The living/dining area was a nice place to gather and enjoy each other’s company while we cooked, ate, played games, and watched television. The outdoor sitting area made it a great place to begin our day with a cup of coffee. It is nicely stocked with all basics only having to run to the grocery store once for paper towels, coffee, and aloe vera lotion. The property owner quickly responded to my question on attraction information as this was our first-time visiting Lake Texoma. She provided us with arrival information prior to our arrival which helped answer my questions. She was kind enough to ask for permission for groundskeeper to come to the house while we were there.

Very pleased with this stay! There were no bad surprises when we arrived. Everything is just as seen in the pics. The boat was a lil challenging to park on the property but we made it happen. Great for big families with or without kids! We were dreaming of next trips with more kids for this place. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved this awesome house and location! It was so nice to get a break from fast paced life and slow down with family and friends. We celebrated my daughters birthday with ages ranging from 11 - 45 and everyone loved this home! Highly recommend!

We had a great time and the house was amazing. Kids absolutely loved the play house and all the space available outside. House was well stocked and beds were so comfortable . We played board games, bbq, did yoga on the patio and went hiking. Hooe to be back soon Thank you
