We’ve been coming to this condo since 2017. We did try to go to another condo during the pandemic because it allowed dogs but it just didn’t have the same charm as this one and couldn’t wait to get back. This condo has everything for cooking in the unit and for going to the beach. It’s so nice that we don’t have to drive with everything from Georgetown. We did have to bring our own popup but much easier to drive with just that and not have to bring everything else. Can’t beat the location with amazing views and close proximity to the beach. I loved that we could just walk down the path and be on the water. The section of beach in front of the Beach House was so much less crowded than the beachfront in front of other properties which has always made it easy to keep an eye on kids. Already can’t wait to come back next year!

Excellent place to stay. Easy access to everything. The condo is darling, comfortable and so relaxing!!! Enjoyed morning coffee looking out on the beach and the gulf. Will definitely return!!

Great views, good location, and equipped with everything you need. The check-in process was super easy and the owner was quick to respond to messages. My family and I stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and we didn’t have any issues. It was a quiet property with walking access to the beach. The condo is also centrally located on the island so it was easy to get around and not have to deal with traffic. We would stay here again!

Pros - The proximity of the condo to the beach is perfect. Just a short walk. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo is updated and has everything you will need. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, coffee pot (including filters), toaster, pots and pans, etc. Had soap for washing clothes, dish soap. Seriously everything you need! It was also very spacious for our family of 4 and could easily accommodate more. Cons - The condo could’ve been a little cleaner (there was still sand in the dining room chairs when we got there and someone’s leftover clothing was in the bathroom under a shelf.) I’m pretty sure the a/c unit sits in the closet on the patio and it was hard to enjoy the sounds of the ocean when it was running. Also, there is a whiteboard in the kitchen that says you must have a parking pass or you will get towed. At no point did we receive an email stating this prior to our arrival. The owner told us to get with a security guard on a golf cart. We never saw a security guard for the five days during our stay. We tried to get one at the manager’s office, but one of the residents told us they currently don’t have a manager onsite. Thankfully we were never towed. It was also disappointing that the main pool was under repair and could not be used. They had a small dipping pool that you could still use. Really, it is not a big deal, but at no point did we receive any communication stating the main pool was being renovated. It would have been nice to know.

Very comfortable homey spacious condo. Checked all our boxes from the location,cleanliness,functionality, comfort and hospitality! Everything was so perfect! Amazing views From every room! Beach toys chairs and towels were the best! Loved the keurig coffee maker every morning. Beds were comfortable the pillows were soft. Our kids were able to enjoy there game consoles thanks to the easy modern and quick wi-if access. Huge counter space and dinner table were a plus. In house Washer dryer we’re very convenient no need to stress about dirty laundry. Truly a home away from home! Wish we could have booked longer and will ABSOLUTELY be sure to stay again!

From the check-in to check-out our stay was simply put Amazing! The condo was serene and tranquil, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The location, right on the beach was to die for when it came to sun sets and sun rises! Everything was a short drive away and reasonably priced. The main bedroom and ensuite bath are awesome, the views of the beach are stunning! The second bedroom had 2 beds and my children loved their own space and their own separate bathroom. Everything is provided, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, beach toys and other supplies. One of the 2 pools were under construction but the other was functioning perfectly as well as the hot tub and it was a joy to relax in. Parking was secure as described and the path to the beach was a short couple minute walk. Depending on the time of day and the haze coming off the water you can see 5-6 beautifully lit Oil Derricks on the horizon! We only stayed for the Father’s Day weekend and were extremely sad to have to depart but will definitely be booking this gem again!!

Great time, perfect weather, beautiful beach setting. Condo was great--had friends stay a few days with us. Cocktails on the balcony watching the waves, and then cooking great meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Really like that the Beach house complex isn't too large. Pool being refinished didn't bother me--we were all beach all the time--but glad to know ahead of time. Great service w/ additional fans when ceiling fan went out. Will come back!

We were looking forward to a nice beach vacation that unfortunately turned into a major disappointment. First things first. The location and complex even though old, are well maintained and with plenty of parking space. The unit itself, looks great in pictures but the first thing we noticed was the very worn and stained sofa and recliners. So much so that I did not dare to sit on them without first covering them with my own beach towels.. We always take our shoes off and immediately noticed some stickiness on the floors that we attributed to the normal humidity on the environment. After less than an hour I felt a build up on the bottom of my feet and couldn’t believe the amount of dirt stuck to them. They were totally black. This was extremely disturbing. For the rest of the stay we had to wear socks that we ended throwing into the trash on our way out. The balcony/terrace was filthy too. We had to move the furniture and clean it in order for us to be able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The king size bed was supportive on one side only. The other side will make you sink and roll. On the other bedroom one of the beds was positioned right in front of a blasting AC and the other was ridiculously squeaky! Remember we are 2 people and only half of a beds available functioned properly. The AC compressor kicked hard every time; all the time. Day and night. The second bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly. The place was advertised as having 2 pools and a hot tub. Well the truth is only one pool is big enough to actually swim and not just soak. The other pool is so small it looks more like a large hot tub. The large pool was one of the main reasons we booked this place. We love to do laps early in the morning. Surprise! Remodeling of pool (and hot tub) started the day we arrived! Yes! Not only were we left without a pool but also the constant hammering, drilling and racket of a coming and going construction crew. HOA communicates well in advance of any major work so the fact that this info was conveniently omitted is wrong. Had we known this was the case we wouldn’t have stayed there. Last thing I’ll point out is that by now is pretty obvious the cleaning crew of this place is incompetent or very lazy. We found a bottle of perfume, a single flip flop under a bed, a sleeping mask, party plastic beads and an open box of condoms! I haven’t been to South Padre in over 20 years and probably won’t be back. Ever. We’ve been robbed. Literally.

Both homey and artsy, spacious and cozy, elegant and simple. Beautiful views. Loved the recliners and other very comfortable furniture. Building property intentionally maintained. This is a good pick!

The condo was lovely—spacious, very clean, comfortably furnished, and well equipped. Best of all, the location is wonderful—nothing but sand dunes between you and the beach!

Really liked everything about our stay...the elevator broke the morning we were moving out, so had to move out carrying everything down two flights of stairs, otherwise enjoyed!

The location could not be better, on the third floor overlooking the dunes, the beach, and the waves on the Gulf. Gorgeous views from the living room, the master bedroom and even a side view across to the Gulf from the second bedroom. Decorated entirely with beach-themed art and design, the unit is very clean, very modern and very tasteful.

The view was amazing and the condo was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. You’re right in front of the water with an easy walkway straight to the beach. The property was clean. Communication with management was quick and easy.

This place is very well decorated. It felt very relaxing and beachy. Absolutely gorgeous view!!! The owner even made suggestions of things to do if we had bad weather. Will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was exactly how is was described on website. Wonderful view of the ocean. Well stocked in kitchen with all you need. Plenty dishes, silverware, glasses etc. Only complaint is the ceiling fan didn’t work in 2nd bedroom. But other than that we would stay there again.

This nice little condo was my second time ever staying on beach front property. It’s definitely some where I’d like to visit again. We rented a golf cart and went bar hopping day one . Horse back riding and more golf cart riding day two . Dolphin watching and sea turtles day three . Jacuzzi beach and pool day 4 . Relax and buy souvenirs day 5 . Our property manager was available for us and helped us with anything we needed. This is where you want to go to get away from it all.

Our stay for the weekend was awesome! The views from every room were amazing. Place was very well kept and clean, had everything we were needing and more. Can’t wait to go back!

The property was amazing, the views and quick access to the beach was spectacular. One thing this property has that most don't, is it has views from the main bedroom as well as the living room and kitchen, which was important to for me when booking for my fiancé birthday week. The host was very responsive to our needs and checked in towards the end of our stay to see how things were going, which was greatly appreciated as a first time user of this service. This property provided many items that other listings did not provide such as chairs, beach umbrellas, wave boards and other items for the beach. It's the little things that makes a big difference. I truly believe I have found my home away from home and can't wait to return to bring my other loved ones to enjoy SPI AND this property. I read many reviews in making my decision to go with this property and after experiencing a week's stay. I say this in regards to other reviews, with any hotel or lodging there will always be something someone doesn't approve of. I say to that, always leave things, places and people better than what you found them and by doing so, this property will be around for years to come for us all to enjoy. The condo was super clean. View is outstanding. My family loved it

The view was absolutely amazing. The location was great — you can walk anywhere you want to go or need to go. The beach chairs and ocean supplies were as described. The bath towels and beach towels described or present. The condo needs many small updates and a much better cleaning — these things would make for a much more enjoyable stay. The front door key access is very cumbersome and outdated, and difficult to do when you have your hands full (which is usually every time using it).. The front door is not inviting and needs updating and is EXTREMELY heavy. While the condo “looks” updated and seems updated in the pictures and even when you get there, when you stay there and look closely, you realize it is not truly very well-maintained. For example the master dresser is beat up and missing a knob, the master toilet is VERY ANNOYING/ difficult to flush, the master shower has low water pressure, there are no screens to allow listening to the ocean sounds, the master windows were dirty, obstructing great ocean view; the master bed is not comfortable at all and the sheets kept coming off at the slightest movement — specifically the fitted sheet. There is an awful foam mattress topper, which does not help. The condo had been cleaned, but not up to quality standards, especially the kitchen.. I had to wipe down the entire kitchen to feel like it was clean. The handle on the dryer is falling off and is attached with duct tape. We could not figure out how to turn on any lights in the second bedroom. In our opinion this was overpriced for the quality presented, except for the ocean view of course.

The weather and the water was great. Since I cooked a lot for myself and 3 kids, only I would request is to have additional trash bags and a couple dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher. Everything else was fantastic.

What a lovely time my family and I had at this property. The furniture is practical and comfy for a family of two kids, two parents, and a grandma. The layout of the condo is ideal and we never felt cramped. It is quite spacious. I actually felt spoiled cooking and looking out upon the ocean. In the morning, we'd sit outside drinking our coffee and admiring the view. It IS all about that view! We saw dolphins three mornings. The condo had toys for the kids and some chairs to sit out on the beach. I'd suggest picking up a beach canopy and maybe a beach wagon. We found a canopy at Walmart for about $20.00 on sale and it was worth every penny to not be blasted by the ocean sun. Overall, relaxing experience and just what our family wanted. Thank you:)

My family had a blast on our vacation! Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Easy access to pools and beach. Not too crowded which was also great. Would definitely stay again!

The moment we walked in we were completely WOW'D!! That beach view is awesome!! This place has all the amenities you need...we will definitely be back!!
