Staff was nice but property is poorly maintained the pool chairs were busted up and had problems with both of my rooms s

The staff was nice

My first room had mold on the lampshade and smelled of mildew. So I showed a picture to the staff and they assigned me another but that room had a couch with white residue stains, and the walls were beat up and there was yellow paint on the carpet.

The room - Mattresses were hard, AC wasn't fully functional, the toilet was loose, the shower head was clogged, very little water was coming out, and TV Remote did not work. Coffee maker did not function as well. For a newer hotel, this was unexpected

Overall excellent, very clean and spacious.

Good location beside the freeway, lots of restaurants. Brand new hotel clean and very spacious.

The bed was a little hard, needed a little more cushion.

The whole place stinks, the hallways and elevator smell like used petroleum products and my room smelled like mildew laundry. Toilet was not clean and there were crumbs all over the carpet

Easy to book, comfortable, and pretty!

Drove into town to visit my mom & so my son could visit his friends.

The mattress is very comfortable, maybe better than my bed at home!

My room smelled like strong powder. Not sure if it was an air filter or if it had been a spray...but even after a few hours, it was still strong. Also I wish the coffee bar was available anytime. I would have LOVED a fresh cup to take up to my room at check-in!

It was great but not for the price of $200+

The property was very clean, quiet & easy to access from the highway. It was located near a gas station, & 3 great restaurants.

The room didn’t have enough towels & shampoo for 3 people so we had to go down to the lobby to get some. The bedding wasn’t the same on the two beds.

That there were no bars of soap available for guests. We had to use body wash to wash our hands. I couldn't believe that there were no bars of soap especially with Covid still around.
