We stayed in Colorado Springs for 5 days to attend a wedding over New Year’s Day. The townhome is beautiful, overlooks a vast open area for walking and has a small playground at a distance. Inside, it has an abundance of gorgeous natural lighy which I particularly loved. It was clean and ready for our stay. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and a variety of attractions, we didn’t have far to go for necessities. The 2-car garage was very convenient also. The owners obviously take care and pride in offering a wonderful place to stay and thought of just about everything! They were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Property not ideal for 80 year old guests. Steep stairs to bedrooms - 16 steps. Unknown source of allergies for spouse in master BR - dust in fabrics? Lack of directions on remote control of BR fan - came on several times at full speed in middle of the night - irritating. BR light switches did not turn on any lights. Showers were good as were towels and sheets. Kitchens well stocked, maybe overstocked, limited room for guest groceries, but missing trash bags. Larger DR table needed. Internet worked fine as did kitchen appliances. Garage too small for F-150 (6' bed), but outdoor parking 100' away. Neighborhood housing very close together. Good walking areas easily accessible.

This was such a beautiful home and great location! The owner’s thought about everything that people would need while staying in the home. I cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal using cookware that was available at the home. The closet full of games was perfect for our family gatherings at the home during this week! We will definitely look to stay here every time we visit CO Springs! Thank You!

Property is perfect. Plenty of room for three adults. Super clean. Nice furnishings too. One of the best that we have stayed. Property hosts were very responsive but hardly needed to contact them! Kitchen is well stocked as well.

Shawn and Wendy's townhouse was perfect for our group in every way. Well furnished, clean, cute, and comfortable. It was the perfect location for the wedding we were in town for, but also not far from checking out Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor and downtown Colorado Springs. Wendy and Shawn were very easy to communicate with and the house instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful townhouse is perfectly located in the center of town, making it fun and easy to explore all of the surrounding area. It’s far enough off the road to provide ample privacy and a safe neighborhood to walk around in, but still surrounded by fresh urban restaurants and activities. The home itself was clean and well stocked. True care was put in to making it feel stylish and cozy. Shawn and Wendy were wonderful hosts, promptly responding to any of my questions or concerns. Booking this property was the best decision for my family on our latest trip, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

We enjoyed parents weekend with our daughter while staying here. Close to the campus as well as some great restaurants. Had a great balance of just hanging out at the house as well as seeing the town. Great place to stay!

We stayed here as a family of 5 with an infant and couldn’t have been happier. Everything you could want in a VRBO in a very nice area of Colorado Springs. Spent a week sightseeing and this townhome made a perfect place to come back to each evening. Would absolutely stay again.

My wife was slightly skeptical of the location given its north of Colorado Springs, but she quickly changed her stance upon arrival. The townhouse was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. We’d absolutely stay here again. It had a large area of restaurants and entertainment nearby and was a short drive to most attractions in and around town.

We loved our stay here. It was very clean, spacious and very close to several places to eat and shop. It was a quiet stay as well. We will be using this again next year . Great experience and beautiful views on the patio of the mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was phenomenal, with access to many restaurants and stores nearby. Also located very close to many attractions, including Seven Falls and Pike’s Peak. The house was very clean and the hosts responded quickly, would recommend!

We astayed here for our cousin’s wedding. Most of the events were at the Air Force Academy or close by. It was perfect.
Nearby there are tons of great food options and a Scheels! Plus the view of Pikes Peak as you pull out of the garage is unbeatable.
We loved this spot and will hopefully be back!

This was our second stay and loved all the extra touches since last time. This lovely home had absolutely everything we needed. Exquisitely clean and tidy and comfortable. The 2 car garage to store our graduating cadet’s belongings was an added bonus.

Check in was easy and timely just like the last time I stayed here. This townhouse is comfortable, clean quiet and very well stocked with necessities. I come regularly to visit family and always feel at ease in this place.

It’s very close to all kinds of restaurants and fun. Bowling at Summit, Perry’s pizza and taproom, shopping at Scheels were all an awesome experience.

Spent most of our time at our son’s place, but loved our time there. It was a great place to hang when we were there and was very well stocked. Had one issue getting locked out, but Wendy was extremely responsive and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat!

One of my best friends and I stayed at this property during our girls weekend to the Colorado Springs area. It is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, has comfy beds, well stocked, like new, and has so many small details covered…excellent communication from the owners, a charging station, a garage door opener so we didn’t have to get in and out of our car, beautiful views, lots of options on the tv, and more. We can’t wait to come back!
