It was great having bathrooms for each bedroom in order to get ready for the wedding.

I cannot such enough about this rental property and it’s owner. The space is absolutely stunning and was perfect for our trip. Mary kindly reached out to ensure that we had everything we needed and was very easy to get in touch with. WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. We would stay again and again if we ever return to Montana. If you are thinking about booking this home, BOOK IT. You will not regret it!

Mary’s home is beautiful and she was so helpful in many ways. Deer welcomed us in the mornings. Home and kitchen had everything we needed.
We were there for my sons wedding. We stayed there the week before and had a week of so many fun activities. There is a general store close by that has a lot of items. Follow Your Nose BBQ is very good also. Great time and beautiful home.

An amazing property with beautiful furnishings and fabulous mountain views! Location is perfect - 30 minutes from Yellowstone and 30 from Livingston. The owners are wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. My favorite VRBO!

We visited the property in January/2023 and let me just say this property is beautiful! We were looking for a quite, secluded location that we could celebrate our anniversary and we definitely got that with this property. We spent two days driving around Yellowstone and this property was perfectly located with great access to the north entrance. And lastly, Mary the property owner was an excellent communicator. She was very quick to respond and gave great feedback to the area. If we go back, we will without a doubt try to stay at this property again! It was truly amazing... I just wish that we could stay there all year around!

What a diamond in the gorgeous land of Montana. It was convenient to the wedding location but the communication quality of the property couldn’t have been better! We would come back again to this home in a minute!

We stayed at this property with a group of friends to celebrate my husband's 40th, and it was the perfect location for fishing, exploring Yellowstone, and taking in the beautiful scenery. I can't recommend it highly enough! 5+ Stars!

Beautiful views and perfect house for our family. We so enjoyed hanging out on the outside patio and by the fire at night. House had everything we needed, kitchen well stocked and bathrooms had shampoo and soap which was very appreciated since we were limited on what we could fly there with. Beds where comfortable and house was very clean. We enjoyed the wildlife we saw just sitting outside and was a very quiet and relaxing location. We very much appreciated the great communication that our host Mary provided and she was very informative before and during our stay.
We traveled there from Florida for a family wedding and everything about our stay was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A beautiful lodge with a bathroom in each bedroom. This was A place where I would come back to again and again. Our family of five adult children and their spouses were also so pleased with the accommodations. Our host, Mary, answered my every question quickly and thoroughly.

Perfect for large group.
Great location to Chico and a short drive to the great hot springs in Gardner. We did both in one day. Our group had all adult couples, and everyone commented how great it was to have their own bathroom. Only problem we had was the driveway drifted full of snow from the terrible wind that weekend. Property owner got someone out to plow it on Saturday. Kind of a pain but it is winter in Montana. Hopefully, they get more snow fence up, and put it further away from the road. Awesome weekend in this beautiful house!

Awesome place in the middle of beautiful country
This is a great place to stay with perfect proximity to both Yellowstone National Park and Livingston, so you can both feel like you've gotten away from it all without really getting too far away.
The house was beautiful and nice a clean upon arrival. We had a group of 10 old men staying on a fishing trip and there was plenty of room.
Can't say enough about the host either. Very responsive to any inquiries we had and went over and above to help out when asked.
Our group has made this an annual Montana fishing trip and this house will definitely be in the rotation for years to come when we come back to fish the Yellowstone.

Amazing!
This property was so beautiful! We all were in awe of how beautifully done everything was. Every detail was done in the best quality. Can't say enough about the place. Every bathroom and bedroom well appointed with high quality towels, linens, blankets, etc. Really made the trip really nice. Mary, the host, was so efficient and so helpful for our trip. Great communication. Strongly recommend.
