Breakfast is were great kit thought of everything in the room that we needed

Pillows were a little hard course my husband has trouble with pillows but his ear hurt a little bit with the pillows the top blanket of the bed was a little heavy for us otherwise everything was perfect

Beautifully decorated, feels like a 5star resort. Very clean and a lots of little details which makes it cozy and comfortable. The owners are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.

everything. walking in you are welcomed with instant peace and serenity. immediately you are treated with kindness and treated like kings and queens. I will definitely be coming back with friends and renting out several rooms.

The resort was amazing. Breakfast was exceptional. The room was bigger than my whole 1 bedroom apartment. Linens we luxurious and soft. Water pressure and hot water were great.

Room had a lot of echo, which led to us hearing more than we wanted to from neighbors. Bedroom door did not seal all the way so we could hear a lot of ambient noise in hallway.

Immaculate property, great owners, fantastic views, delicious food. We will do it again.

The breakfast was magical! It was so beautifully put together, tasted amazing, and there was so much food that we didn't even need lunch later. The room was very comfortable, and the private whirlpool tub was actually the main reason we booked the place! The common areas were also very cozy and enjoyable, with all the games, puzzles, books, and fireplaces. We would definitely consider coming back.

The hot water ran out just as I began to fill the tub, and I had to wait few hours before it heated back up. Not sure if it was because everyone was taking showers at the same time? Thankfully I was able to use the tub after the hot water came back, it just took some waiting.

Amazing hospitality, extra touches and an exquisite setting and property make this not a hotel but an experience on par with the best B&Bs around! Greeted at the door by Kit with warm spiced cider, ambiance, amazing views and extra touches everywhere, this B&B/resort should be on the list of every traveler in the area. The decor and accessories leave no detail untouched; breakfast is wonderful (Kit packed a muffin for my earlier than planned start) and my only disappointment was that I had too short a stay at this hidden gem. Most highly recommend, even if it means a day or two off the travel plans, for the experience. You won't regret it.

I would hang some hooks in the bathroom for towels/robes. I re-use my towels several times. so a hook to hang them on to dry would be great. I love a fan in my room for white noise. but just what i need to sleep, but I'm wierd.. ha!!

Kit and Chris were amazing! They were very welcoming. This bed and breakfast establishment exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped foot into their lovely home, we were greeted by their very well behaved dog Weasley, the sound of water fountains and a very calm( spa like) music playing in the distance. The entire home was very clean and inviting. Our room was everything we needed, it was rather large with a spa bath. The views of Pikes Peak were beautiful and the balcony was a nice area to relax. Kit and Chris pay attention to detail and thought of everything you would need while traveling. It also had a very zen like vibe in which we appreciated. It was a great weekend away and a much needed mental reset. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing and so delicious! I have traveled all over and I would rate this stay 5 out of 5. We will definitely be staying here again.
