Cozy getaway. Well-maintained cabin. Recommend.

Everything was perfect, with lots of nice touches that helped us feel right at home. We've been staying in short term rentals for over a year, and can honestly say that we got the best sleep of the whole trip, in this cottage. Comfy and cozy.
Really appreciated the hot water kettle, robes, french press, and reading material.
Great location, within walking distance to some trails, including the Phoenicia Overlook - where you can see the cottage from hundreds of feet above - at the nearby park.
We only happened to cross paths with the host once - a few days into our trip - but ended up having a great conversation and lots of new ideas for things to do.

A very tastefully done up, cozy cottage in an excellent location, right in the heart of the Catskills. Very convenient to access all the local spots.
Leah is a great host, very friendly and forthcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet spot to chill.

A little overpriced for what it was. A little frustrating to be told - after arrival - that there's only 10 minutes of hot water at a time! Lots of house rules - no shoes, wash the dishes, stove is finicky, etc. Just seemed a little expensive for a very (clean and adequate) bare bones place to sleep. Sweet Sue's cafe just down the street was the best part of the stay!

My fiance and I had such a memorable, relaxing stay! The cottage is in a convenient location in downtown Phoenicia that still somehow felt private and secluded. Leah was a communicative and accommodating host in all regards and we felt like we had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. The decor of the cottage is adorable and bright. The bed and sheets were super comfy! We'd love to stay again any time we're in the area. P.S. Breakfast at Sweet Sue's is a must!

The location of the stay was great, right by the main street of Phoenicia and picturesque creek! The cabin is well insulated for warmth (and the electric heating worked great for cold nights!) and for noise.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here at this cute little guest cottage. There was a bit of a miscommunication in the system but Leah was very accommodating and got the house ready for us on short notice. The house was also conveniently stocked with basic accessories that made cooking breakfast a breeze. Thanks Leah!

Quaint little tucked away stay off the main street. Very easy access to restaurants, trails and activities.

Stylish little place with thoughtful touches like nice robes and linens, there were kitchen basics like oil, coffee grounds and fresh milk conveniently provided.

leah was so easy to communicate with leading up to our stay and while we were there. the cottage was clean and well equipped. little details made it feel very homey. bars, shops, and restaurants within walking distance and so much within directing distance. we loved our stay.

Cute and well-decorated trendy cottage perfect for a quaint stay with friends! Very walkable to a few bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as a short drive to other attractions. We had a great time and highly recommend!
