Super modern, spacious property with comfortable beds. Host is very friendly and puts in a lot of effort!

I wrote down a few minor improvements for Alberto - nothing big! :)

It's a new big apartment, very clean and comfortable.

The only thing that was missing is a door in the shower cabin and a microwave, but it's not a big deal for us.

Well equipment apartament. The apratament looks like a new, it was 15 minutes to the closest beach, but the sea was 3 minutes by walking from apartment. Nice and helpfull staff. Clean room.

-New appartement - top! -The location was great - 2 min to the sea and 30 min to the City centre -The host was really nice, very helpful and chilled!

-Unfortunately the balcony was really small -There was no light on the way to the flat from the parking

Great located apartment, a few minutes walk from the beach. It's suitable for those who want a quick bath in the first hours of the mooring or in the evening before going out. The apartamt is equiped with al you need. Good value for money. Nino is a lovely host, easy to communicate with, extra caring, and responds fast. He even let us do a late check-out for the entire day. Of course, this depends on the next guests, but usually, even if there are no next guests right on the check-out day, most hosts would not be so well-intentions as Nino was. Thanks, and I would highly recommend Nino as a host! :)

Very clean, new apartman!

This apartment is wonderful. Right from the moment we walked in, our whole family couldn't get over how nicely it was furnished. It is newly renovated. Very big, comfortable & modern . It consists of 2 separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen, balkony and bathroom. The view from the apartment is towards the sea. Next to the apartment there is a parking space. The apartment is located in a fantastic place next to the sea. There is a local store, pharmacy nearby and the restaurants are very close, a few minutes walk to the old town of Zadar. The owner of the apartment - Dino - is fantastic and very helpful, prepared a list of places to see and restaurants in which to eat. We will definitely return there with the whole family again. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment was clean, modern and looked exactly like the photos. Dino was also an excellent host, he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and stress free - he arranged taxis to pick up us from the airport, provided recommendations of good restaurants, things to see, etc and was just generally brilliant at answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Great place. It's very clean, quiet, located 100m away from sea (although it's 10 minutes walk from closest beach, if you come by car it wouldn't be a problem cause there's a variety of beaches to chose from within 10-20 minutes drive). AC works perfectly (separate for each room), kitchen got all facilities for your stay, including dishwasher (!). Host is super friendly, giving a lot of handy information that make your stay easier, and allowing to plan your time around Zadar. Worth to mention that he's very easy to reach, so if anything happens, there won't be any issue to fix it quickly.

We would rate apartment as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The bed was comfortable, bathroom and terrace with Sea View are excellent. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and location is perfect, you can walk to the old city within 15-20 minutes .Also close to a Market which was handy, and few steps to beach, restaurant and cafes. Host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. He gave us some superb recommendations on where to eat, places to shop and sights to see. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

The apartment was very modern and clean. It has all the comforts of home. Private parking is just in front of the apartment. Super close to everything (market,bakery, restaurant , coffee bar) including the beach. Old town is also close ( especially if you use the Row Boat ferry from the nearby jetty). The owner was super helpful with the best spots to check out around Zadar as well. He also help us to reserve a boat trip to Kornati islands. All in all its fantastic and I hope we get a chance to stay again.
