The penthouse was a great space for three adults (my husband, my brother, and myself). My husband and I slept in the bedroom, and my brother was surprisingly comfortable sleeping on one of the bunkbeds.
The room was stocked with snacks when we arrived, and it was easy to reach the owner to answer a question that we had. Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating!
We were in the area for a week long event and only spent time in the penthouse in the evenings.The space was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The deck is fabulous, with a view of the beach through huge oak trees.
Be prepared to climb some stairs to get to the penthouse, but it’s worth it once you get there! There is a lift for your luggage and anything else you need to transport to the penthouse.
The house is on the west side of Pass Christian, so it’s close to Bay Saint Louis as well as all the Pass and Long Beach have to offer. We would definitely recommend this delightful property!

We had a fantastic time! Might be better suited for a married ciuple with young children, but we made do! Bunk beds and fold-out chairs were tough for us, but the space was so totally delightful that we just fell in love with it. All those stairs were a challenge for me, but everyone else did great, and the luggage lift made it so easy to move in and out. Thanks, Mike! We lived it and really enjoyed chattung with you and your wife!

Property was very clean! Location was great for beach access and within a couple miles of nice restaurant's! Owner was very nice and easy to deal with! Would definitely stay at this location again in future!!!!!

The place is nestled in the oaks. Had a relaxing time just sitting on the porch listening to the birds. Great location for shopping and dining.

This was the perfect place for a girls getaway! We shopped, we ate, we enjoyed the beach and we had this beautiful place to come back to. Mike and Helen were the perfect hosts, thank you! We ll be back!

A perfect coastal retreat!
This place is heavenly! It’s convenient to the beach, immaculately constructed and furnished, and having the owners/hosts on site was indeed a bonus. They were incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and helpful. They anticipated our every need. I highly recommend this property.

The location was amazing and it was so nice having chairs and umbrellas and a beach blanket and coolers and a wagon available to use to just walk across to the beach daily. The beach felt like we had it all to ourselves and we saw dolphins one day while there! Restaurants and cute little shops were within 5-10 minutes each way. Would definitely stay here again!

Penthouse Paradise
My wife and I spent three nights in Mike’s masterpiece of a penthouse (a true craftsman!) and can not speak any higher of the accommodations, the view, the location, the deck, absolutely everything was as perfect of a VRBO experience as you can hope for. Mike and his wife are wonderful. Apart from bringing a cooler of ice up to us, they offered us their spot in the car port when a storm rolled in so we wouldn’t have to get wet or have to pay the deposit for damage on the rental car if it hailed. They helped make our trip unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Our host were wonderful and very helpful. The place is beautiful and relaxing. Everything you need for a peaceful get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Perfect location. We want this to be our regular spring break stay! Great shopping, restaurants! We will return.

The property is located just off the beach, and close to all the MS coastal towns, and just 5 minutes from Bay St. Louis. We will return and will seek this property again. The penthouse suite is newly constructed and equipped with everything you need. The living room serves also as a bedroom with a pull-out queen size sofa bed that was fine for my two teenage girls. There were blow-up mattresses also available if needed. The master bedroom, bathroom were nicely done, and the unit has a great balcony. Mike, the owner, was always quick to answer questions. He provides his cell for questions.

It is just a short drive in either direction for food and entertainment. My husband and I loved this property. It is in pristine condition and had everything that we needed for our stay. It is a very short walk to an almost desolate beach and they provided items to take to the beach with us. We were rarely inside because the outside deck was our spot! The hosts were very kind, gracious and helpful. It did not bother us at all that they reside on the property as well. Will definitely return in the future!
