We had a great stay over the New Year week. This was our second stay at Acappella and enjoy this house and its location. I will be booking again in the months ahead.

Acappella house was very convenient to our family activities like beach and foods. We sometimes walked instead of using our golf cart. Yard had as many as 2-10 big bucks , does and fawns each day that the grandkids fed. Extra 1/2 bath downstairs was a upstairs step saver. Laurie and Allen were great at answering questions about trip and house including coordinating golf cart rental. Under house swing, picnic table and rocking chairs were an every day chilling spot. Owner space under house should be unlocked to grill and park vehicles. Plan to rent from Vacasa again next year but need to upgrade to bigger house.

Nice property!
A cappella was a relaxing place to vacation. We love a Edisto! Never stayed this far down the island but it was a convenient place. Right near Whaley’s and the marina. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the short walk to the beach. The home is older but very clean and the pictures are accurate. We will definitely stay here again.

A nice rental house for my 2 adult children and their spouses. I am a full time resident and live a few blocks away. This home has 2 living room areas and was a good floor plan for 2 couples. It was a Happy Thanksgiving for our family.

Great Location
Great place for a quick getaway for a few days. Location is excellent with Waley's being just a short walk away. The beach is also a short walk away. We had a great time and will definitely use this place again.

Exceptional experience with Atwood for Acappella rental. Location was excellent - 1 block to Whaley's, 2 blocks walk to beach or drive straight to the access at the end of the same road. Routine deer sightings at night in the yard. All was good & Atwood was overboard taking care of an unfortunate issue that was no one's fault (but they took it personal as if it was their fault - I expect customer service and EVERYONE w Atwood & the owners delivered 100%, especially Marty & Leslie) - not sure many others would have performed at this level!

We enjoyed our stay at Acappella. Our stay was rememberable. The home was very nice. The only complaint I have was that the bedrooms on the left side of house entering through kitchen door were not as cool as the rest of the house. I went to Ace Hardward and bought a fan and my son brought his fan. This helped a great deal. We enjoyed the food at the Waterfront, Subway and LaRetta's, shopping at the strip mall and other stores and the Flea Market. My family had a great time.

Nice house, close to the beach, great huge porch upper level with a strong gate so we didn't have to worry about the 2 yr old getting on the stairs. Large yard for the kids to run in. Pleny of room for all of us

This was our second stay at Acappella (twice in summer 2017). You cannot beat the location of this classic beach house (we didn't need our cars given the proximity of beach and nearby restaurant). It is definitely a vintage beach house, but with good bathroom updates, plenty of living area space, and comfy mattresses. Was very clean at arrival for both of our stays. Would recommend to anyone and we plan to rent again!

Had a great time despite my husband passing 5 days prior to check in. We have done this for s many years that our family decided to come and heal that's what he would have wanted. He was so looking forward to this year because he was retiring the Friday before we checked in Saturday and would not be going back every morning for business. Our hearts are broken but this week gave us some peace. . Now back to reality wish we were back at Edisto

We had not been to Edisto during peak season in years, and in May decided we would would visit in July. I hurriedly began a search, knowing July was already heavily booked. We settled on Acappella, and it was a good choice. The old beach style house suited our needs well, and our week was enjoyable. The well stocked kitchen was a plus, as we cooked frequently. Some updates in the bathrooms and with the washer/dryer are due, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our stay in the well-kept older house. Two large indoor seating areas, large deck and shady lower-level patio, big kitchen island and long dining table. Only 1.5 blocks to the beach. Good value for the money!

House was very dirty when we arrived. We had to clean and mop entire house before using. Contacted Atwood office and they sent someone to talk to us about the problem. Would appreciate some consideration for the extra cleaning we had to do.
