The room were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable with fluffy pillows. The rooms also had good lighting which is missing in many motel rooms.

Quiet, clean, friendly,
No A/C in my room, although I was provided with a fan which helped a lot.

Location convenient, comfortable
Other occupants did not respect silent hours. 0600 hrs and music was quite loud shaking the walls.

The setup of the room
Room was dirty, tables and chairs dirty, not wiped down, stained chairs, rug NOT vacuumed and stained, musty smell in building and room, had to buy air fresheners and spray, floor was Not washed, sticky areas, no air conditioning.

The large size room was spotlessly clean, in good condition and the thermostat worked well. The tv was large and had a good selection of cable channels. A microwave and fridge was available for use.
We loved our stay at the Chinook Inn. It was not quite within walking distance of the main shopping area but the taxi company was efficient and reasonably priced. A very short drive if you have a vehicle available to you.

Room looked like if someone had jumped on the beds when we got in. We checked the beds and found bed bugs ... We left the room and asked for a refund. The person at the front desk she will proceed the reimbursement, I still haven't received anything...

very comfy bed, big and clean room, they upgraded our room without extra charge. i would definitely come back, room was ver nice and price is reasonable. thanks
