The property was clean and with good size bedroom.

only one small problem, The free view tv didn’t work.

Overall the prompt response and action taken by the host or property owner to rectifying things was spot on. The layout of the property suited our needs

The general cleanliness of the property. More attention to details needs to be focused on. This is reflected in every area of the property. In my opinion the cleaners need to be monitored and supervised ensuring that their job is done thoroughly.

The 2 bathrooms, the bedrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the car park.

The place is sold for 7 people but there are only 5 proper beds in the accommodation. The spare foldable bed for 1 person had a broken leg. The sofa bed is too narrow and not comfortable (incl. the mattress) for 2 people to fit and sleep on it. Even though we did say that there will be 7 people staying, the beds were only made for 5 when we arrived. Also and despite a well equipped kitchen, the dining area is very narrow, with a table and chairs available for 4 people only. The space may be too limited to add a coffee table by the sofa. The comfort is limited for people who can't sit at the table though. Spare tools could be an option to improve the sitting / dinning area.

The venue was a 40 minute stroll from Hatfield House which worked well for us.

Had the space we needed. Great shower. Had the little things we needed so didn’t have to bring them with us. Internet and Netflix and Prime. Very handy to have. Loved the towels and how they were presented on the beds. Fans also provided which was great as it was very hot when we stayed.

The clock with one hand and the broken curtain rail in one of the bedrooms. Didn't realise we had to get into the front of house via Queen Bee Court. Sat Nav only took us to the main road outside. Sussed it out by walking about.

Beds were comfortable and property well equipped

As the apartment is over garages on 3 mornings we were disturbed by people gaining access to them. Also the neighbours were noisy at times and on Saturday evening the music was so loud the windows were vibrating. They did quieten down at 11pm though so thankfully we could sleep.

It was very clean and homely! Apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen. Great TV with access to Netflix etc. Wi-Fi included. Beds were very comfy and we had a great stay!
