Six longtime friends enjoyed four days in the Chassell area. This apartment was comfortable and pleasant. It was easy to access and was the perfect home base for enjoying and exploring the Keweenaw Peninsula.

We had a perfect stay! Easy to find, simple to access, clean, everything is new, comfortable beds and furniture. Communication with property manager was fabulous. Loved the trail that runs along the water….had a beautiful fall morning run! Will definitely stay here again when we come back next year!

This townhouse was one of the best things about our vacation! We loved everything about it! It was modern, yet cozy, and the wi-Fi was great. It was centrally located, so we got to enjoy the Copper Harbor area as well as the Porkies. We would recommend this home to anyone who is staying in the area! You won’t be disappointed.

Easy to access on highway 41 and less than 10 minute drive to Michigan Tech. We had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. If our kid picks MTU, we'll stay here again!

We went to two baby showers, one in Chassell and the other in Houghton. This location was very convenient. The property was beautifully designed and very clean. Even included coffee and snacks!

This is a large, clean, well-equipped and smartly renovated townhome. There's plenty of space for a family or just for two. Very comfortable furnishings. Also, close to many activities, the water, the woods and to Houghton.

I came up to the area with my two teenagers and their friend to do a campus visit at MTU. This townhouse was clean, bright, and beautiful! I think it is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! Great location for MTU/Keweenaw Visits
This was a perfect place to stay during a visit with our child at MTU. Beautiful townhouse right on Portage Lake. Loved the kitchen/great room with large table for games and meals.

Just what we needed
Visiting our son at MTU. Very nice split-level townhouse. Two large bedrooms and a full bath downstairs, one large bedroom, full bath, kitchen, dining, and living room upstairs. Good wifi service in the house. Several games were available that entertained our family in the evenings. Very nice and clean. Several essentials in the kitchen. Clean fridge with individual condiment packets available. Very happy with our stay.

Cool to stay in an historic property that has been so nicely renovated. Our group enjoyed our stay and people repeatedly commented that it was a really nice property. Now the owners just need to finish the last few touches and it will be perfect.

Comfort
The unit was tastefully remodeled. The beds were extremely comfortable! There were a few things noticed that led us to believe the unit was not completely finished, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. For future gests I suggest getting luggage racks in all of the rooms, we used chairs, but that is not as convenient. Thank you for the wonderful accomodations, I would recommend to all!

Wonderful Place to Stay! Very welcoming.
I couldn't wait to leave a review of this great place right after we left but I must have lost signal driving through the upper and it never posted. Everything was new, very clean and very comfortable. The layout was perfect for us. The welcome book mentions the "love of old buildings" and you can feel the love they put into this one. Leah, you didn't forget a thing and our stay was absolutely perfect!

Fantastic new townhome in heart of Chassell, right next to rail trail and walking distance to Chassell Bay. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms with spacious bedrooms as well. huge great room with high ceilings is a great place to gather the family - we'll be back!
