I liked everything so far.

the ac in the living room wasn’t properly working. The floors were filthy, the kitchen sink smelled so bad it overtook the apartment and only 1 roll of toilet paper/ bathroom was provided for the entirety of our stay

Great view from the 17th floor
AC unit in living room did not perform as expected but from the 17th floor opening the door did help and keep it cool.

very good location, brand new apartment with all you need. Dolce Gusto coffee maker was a great surprise.
the only real problem is a missing magnetic key to open some doors for the parking garage and gym.
