Quiet and relaxing. Loved the pool table and view!

Apartment was clean and big for family. Looked like pictures posted on site.
Check in and check out really rough. Host/Maintenance needs to improve communication, so guest not impacted. Painters still finishing job at check in, asked our family of 5 wet from beach to wait for 1 hour so paint could dry on floor of entry area and decks surrounding unit. Veranda floors had to be cautiously walked on to not track paint on shoes/slippers and into apartment.
Check out at 11am, but at 10am window washers hitting windows while we were still packing up. Penthouse above being washed. Some of our items on the deck were spayed wet! Thanks a lot...they knew we were there! Had to ask them to stop so we could pack up car and check out. Water/soap dripping from unit above onto verandas and stairs made it unsafe to exit unit. Very lucky no one slipped. Had to use hoodies to get out of this second-floor unit.

Two bedrooms - walking distance to restaurants, beach and walks.
Strong cleaning smells. It was actually overpowering. Had to leave all the windows open and it still lingered of chemicals.

This property was incredible. It met our expectations for a beach house. The views are simply stunning, you can't get any closer to the ocean and it was exactly what we were looking for. Everything worked as described and they have streaming services available which was nice. We ate out while there but picked up wine, snacks, etc. at the local Safeway. I was a little worried because in the pictures the apartment looks very spacious (it really is) and I thought the space would be freezing the entire time, but I was wrong. It was so cozy and warm when we walked in the door. It was like a warm hug, We love this area and visit as often as we can and would consider booking this place again.
I know this is not the only place and appears to be the norm with these kinds of bookings, but paying over $300 for a cleaning fee, when you're expected to take out the trash. How did this become a thing?!?!? Other than that, nothing at all. It was an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location with great facilities. Bedrooms were small yet Cosy, both with direct access to side decks. Pool table was a great added feature.
Plenty of main living space and kitchen amenities.
The property is split into 3 levels that are each rentable. Noise transfer is minimal but varies on each guest. The first night ground floor guests had a party into the very early morning hours (5:30am). They were extremely loud and aggressive. This is obviously beyond the control of the owners. However, our message complaint was never responded to by the property managers. Communication could improve.

Minimal to no storage space in both bedrooms. Would have been an issue had we been staying longer than a couple of days.

Amazing location! The place was cozy & the coffee on the deck looking at the ocean was fantastic. The sound of the ocean at night was so soothing!
it says it has a washer & dryer. we were directed to it, but the doors were locked so we couldn’t use it. That was a bit disappointing because it was a major reason we chose that property.

The location is superb; the furnishings are comfortable; the condo is clean. We enjoyed the soothing sounds of the waves and the safe and peaceful neighborhood.

Everything was great!! Matt the property manager took care of us. We met the owner one morning and he was so nice and friendly. The neighbors were a delight to hang out and talk to.
