The property is wonderful and well maintained. The locks were very easy to figure out, contrary to other reviews. Great views and a very nice set up! We will definitely be recommending!

Second time staying at this great, perfect nook in Brant Beach. Very satisfied with the place again even with the not so great weather. Plenty to keep you occupied in town as well as in the house. If the weather is great, spend the time on the rooftop of the gorgeous view of the bay. LBI is what I call my happy place and this house has now extended into that. 10/10 recommend coming here!

Exactly as described. Owners extremely responsive and helpful. Home is new, very clean and comfortable.
Not a negative but worth noting it is one steep flight to the main floor of the house, another flight to the bedrooms and another flight to the roof deck, which has great views. While the home is nicely decorated, there is a lot of stuff. We have one young child so not sure it will be for us in a year or two as we would need to put lots of decorations away.
The home adjoins another townhome.
Great option for a fair price. Super convenient and makes for a great beach trip.
