Lynn & Johnny have a beautiful condo with all of the amenities needed. I can not say enough about the cleanliness and care they have taken to accommodate their guest. Well Done

This was our second stay in Johnny and Lynn's romantic Orient Beach apartment. This stay was also outstanding. Perfect location, amenities and very quiet. Owners and management company excellent to work with. plan to come back next year for longer stay.

We absolutely loved the apartment, which was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location was perfect- near several restaurants, a super boulangerie, a small Casino supermarket, and the beautiful Orient Bay beach. Unfortunately, we did not discover Bona Mama till our last night. The pizza was delicious, as was the chocolate mousse. I imagine their other offerings are delectable (beer and wine are available for sale, too). Luckily, the kitchen was really well stocked. Although I initially had some trouble figuring out how to work the cooktop, it was amazing once I got the hang of it (thank you, YouTube!). The back porch was fantastic for breakfast each day- be on the lookout for the resident iguana in one of the trees-very entertaining. The bed was extremely comfortable; so was the couch. The downstairs TV was terrific (and huge). Of note is the lack of an ATM in Orient Bay. We were unaware of that and did not have a rental car, so getting cash proved tricky. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Especially impressive was communication from the owner and the property manager. We recommend the apartment without hesitation. Thank you!

The condo was clean and well equipped except only two bath towels were provided per person for a 13-night stay; so we did laundry several times during our stay. The washer and drier combo came in handy. We had trouble finding laundry detergent at the store, but the property manager was quick to bring us some when I called her. Both the owners and the property manager were great at answering questions. My wife was concerned about mosquitos and security before we left home. No worries! It is about a 5- minute walk to the beach through a locked gate for security. I did not see one vagrant or local “merchants” in our neighborhood. We treated our clothes with bug spray a few days before we left home. We used insect repellant the first day we were there. I did not see one mosquito; so after the first day, I did not use any repellant and never got bit once. My wife had a couple of bites from something, but not sure that it was a mosquito. We were going to rent a car, but decided to use taxis for getting around the island. We called Noel taxi. His number is in the “Handbook” located in the condo. The Handbook has a lot of helpful information. Noel has several drivers working for him, and they were always on time for pickup. Fares were $20 to Grand Case, $35 to Friar’s Bay, $35 to Phillipsburg, $20 to the ferry boat to Pinel Island, and $40 to the airport. Obviously, you need to double those amounts for the round trip. I tipped about 10%. Expensive, yes. But still less cost and

Great location, a short walk to our favorite beach and many excellent restaurants. Ideal for two people. The stairway leading up to the bedroom requires a little extra attention to negotiate.

We had another wonderful stay! Since we stayed longer this time it was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals at home. The bed as always is extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Unit is perfectly sized for a couple. Kitchen has is fully equipped. Great location. The unit has easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants on the beach and in the village.

Fantastic property - Clean ,modern, relaxing, great location, and well equipped. We were very pleased and hope to return.

10-21-22 to 10-30-22 This is a smaller one bedroom condo and was cozy and just the right size for the two of us... Prior to our arrival, there was timely and accurate communication between us and both the unit owners and the unit manager, Christine. Timing of our arrival was hard to predict with certainty and we were unable to meet with her when we arrived. But we had accurate communication accessing the unit key and also viewed available descriptive videos that detailed all of the units features and the use and operation of appliances and all electronics includings wifi, TV, and appliances. The unit itself was homey and comfortable and attractively decorated. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed a good night's sleep. Unit was fully appointed with cookware, dishes, plates, glassware and flatware. Only appliance lacking that was missed was a microwave for quick food heating. WIFI was up to any challenge we put it to and smart TV access to apps such as Netflix we were happy to take advantage of. Also appreciated and used was availability of Lock/Safe. Unit location was on second floor and within a 4 minute walk to the beach and 6 minute walk to the local town where a general store was located for daily needs as well as a variety of high-end restaurants were located. This was our 2nd time at the property. The location is excellent, the apartment was spotless, and it was fully equipped. We very much enjoyed the apartment and especially the Island!!!

La Bevelle is a very nice property with all the amenities we would ever need in a safe and clean area. We really enjoyed the on-site pool, a lovely back porch with privacy overlooking coconut trees and the pool area, a kitchen that was well stocked and the entire property was very clean and well furnished. We had a 3-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. This is a great getaway spot with easy access to the entire island. We had a wonderful time and plan on returning in the near future.

The unit has quality furnishings, dishes, kitchen ware as well as newer appliances. Kitchen cupboards very well stocked with all the essentials required to make your own meals. Beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy for the beach. Water and a few Caribs in the fridge were a nice welcome treat. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and we appreciated them accommodating our changing schedule and arrival time. Property manager was available for any issues that arose. Location was good especially if you want to frequent Orient Beach. Driving back and forth from the Dutch side is reasonably easy. We were very happy with the rental and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. K&R

It's was worth the 5 year wait. We have been to French St. Martin 12 times but had to wait tis last time 5 yrs for this last trip. Johnny and Lynn's place was the best. Everything was even better than expected. The bed is exceptional for the French side.

This rental was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The proximity to everything was close enough for us to walk to the beach, store, and dinner. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us during our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but hope to be back for a visit again soon.

The Villa is exactly as it looks on the listing. Very beautiful and a great location. Has everything you need plus more. It's very quiet, clean and relaxing. Christine the guest manager was very helpful. Will return in the future. Thank you!

We have stayed in quite a few rentals by owner and this property was immaculate, had a great location, well stocked with most anything you would need, thoughtfully furnished and a very comfortable bed. Also the manager Christine was very responsive with great suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

The property manager Christina was beyond helpful with helping with the driver and accommodating an extra evening stay when my following VRBO canceled with only a 36 hour notice, she was patient and gracious and I could not be more thankful for her!

We spent 10 days here. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and in a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Can’t say enough positive things… We’ve already booked it again for next year.

Their property manager Christine was also amazing and helpful upon our arrival, in between, and upon our departure including covid testing information. Their property was well kept and beautiful beyond words. The property is located within walking distance of the beach and many fine restaurants that we enjoyed thoroughly, making it the ideal location to stay. The neighborhood felt safe and we had friendly neighbors including a neighborhood pup who became our friend as we were missing ours at home. The property always had available parking if you rent a vehicle. This place had it all and we will definitely be back and renting this beautiful home!!

We loved this property!!! Johnny and Lynn were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment is beautiful and incredibly clean. The bed is the most comfortable we’ve had while staying in St Martin. The location is in a quiet area but incredibly convenient to everything. We will most definitely stay here again.
