The pool was great, the rooms were spacious, the breakfast buffet was great. The location is superb as the beach is just a 5-10 minutes walk away.

We could hear guests in other rooms and there was a smell of pot in our room. Furthermore, its unfortunate that the bar and pool close so early (9:00pm).

There are very few positive things to say about this hotel. Our overall experience was rather negative. One good thing was the proximity of the hotel to the beach (a short walking distance), and the presence of a car park (albeit with a limited capacity).

The room we stayed in was largely dilapidated, badly decorated and uncomfortable. Fridge was old and noisy. Room was facing the parking lot and did not have any windows (except for the glass doors for entering the room). It was dark, had no views and felt like being in a cave (such a shame on a paradise island like Reunion). Cleaning was insufficient. Bed was uncomfortable and waking up with ants crawling on you is never pleasant. Pool area seemed nice at first but the large number kids made it noisy and meant swimming wasn’t really an option. Overall, wouldn’t have stayed there had we known it would be such an uncomfortable stay.

I only said one night and did not take advantage of the pool but I loved my stay. The hotel is so calm and cosy.

Guy at reception was very arrogant. Did unfunny jokes all the time. Not very welcoming. Beds are very short.

The staff are attentive. Outside facilities are okay with a huge pool. A walking distance to the beach.

The cleanliness needs more improvement. Bathroom is small and cramp a bit. Lots of mosquitoes inside.

The staffs at restaurant/bar were very friendly and assisted us effectively. The bed was comfortable and the hotel surroundings very pleasant with shops and various restaurants.

Reception Staffs failed in assisting us before and during stay and made the stay hectic instead of relaxed and fluent! I booked for 2 nights through Booking.com and called the property 3 times to make sure that booking was confirmed: one day before arriving to hotel a guy called to say that he was canceling the booking. I had to book the hotel again fortunately without any additional cost but stressed about how come staffs keep on saying different things without assuring a prompt service! In additional I had to check out and check in again (when another room would be available) the day after our arrival because of a problem of room allocation from their side! This was one of the worst hotel experience i had because reception staffs were ineffective and where their internal system problem had a direct effect on our stay!
