This is a great value, but do keep in mind that the rooms are quite basic. Small, but OK for two people, but the furnishings are very basic (for example, the couch had a throw cover on it) and the bathroom is almost comically small. I rated it an "8" but that's adjusted for the more than reasonable price. We arrived late and left pretty early so didn't get much chance to interact with the staff, but the owners seemed extremely friendly and helpful.

I didn't pick this up from the photos, but the cottages are very near the highway (Route 7A). Fortunately there didn't seem to be much traffic at night, but it did get noisy pretty early in the morning. The owners have done a nice job with maintaining what appear to be very old cottages, but in our experience they need to focus more attention on the door locks. It was nearly impossible to remove the key from the front door once it was opened, and the bathroom door was also quite rickety. This could be a plus or minus depending on your preferences, but the property is a bit isolated. Overall that's probably fine given the area, but be prepared for a 6+mile drive to the nearest restaurants (and even further for groceries).

The room was perfect for my son, his wife and I to attend a nearby wedding. It was clean, had all the necessirites and was conveneintly located.

You have your own little cabin with a cute front porch which is great for breakfasts and an evening drink. There is a lot of space and Janelle (owner) is exceptionally friendly and has great tips!
