The unit was nice

It was so hot,our bedrooms had no air conditioning so this spoilt everything as it was so hot ,the bathroom has no fan in it so it had a bit of a smell

the property was very nice loved every bit of it. the furniture and design of the property was nice.

how all the lights and fans are connected all together when using the remote. if they weren’t all connected through each other would have been perfect. but it was okay, wasn’t a big drama

styled really nicely with an awesome view of the beach and directly opposite beach access. the large couch is really comfy! the kitchen amenities are perfect for a short stay, the lack of oven or stove really isn’t an issue as other electric appliances are available (electric frypan and air fryer etc).

My sister enjoyed our stay. All the furnishings were of great comfort. The scenery beautiful. Beach access so close is a thumbs up. Kitchen was adequately equipped.

You can't knock the view. But also the apartment was beautifully done and exceptionally clean.

The entrance at the back of the building is really grotty and made us wonder if we were at the right place. However, once inside, we were pleasantly surprised by the tasteful interior. We were disappointed that the advertised airconditioning serviced the lounge only and that the bedrooms didn't have airconditioning. It was very hot and humid, and we ended up moving the mattress to the lounge and slept there. We had booked for 2 nights, but due to the floods we unfortunately had to return home after only 1 night. The owner kindly agreed to refund us the second night under deduction of Booking.com's commission. It's now almost 3 months after our stay and despite several reminders, we still haven't received the refund. Our text messages remain unanswered, which is not only disappointing but also unprofessional.

Kitchenette, I can see it was made for people who will mostly eat out. We made it work and it had what we needed.

Incredible apartment to stay! We loved the whole visit, most amazing views, inside was amazing they have done a really good job. We definitely recommend staying here, we will be returning for another visit again. Apartment building had a lot character which we loved also. Owners of apartment very nice people with great communication ☺️

Clear communication and instruction from the hosts throughout. Beautifully renovated and styled interior. This was a perfect unit for our small family (2x adults and one 8yo child). Two large bedrooms with comfy beds. Fantastic views of the beach and islands from the balcony. We mostly cooked and ate at the unit, the breakfast bench and three seats was enough room for us. Good wifi and TV with Netflix for relaxing.Easy walk across the road to the beach and short drive (walk/ride if you want) into town. We have stayed at a number of places in Yeppoon and I highly recommend this accommodation.

First impressions (exterior only) - unit complex is a bit aged. However, don't let the exterior put you off this unit as the interior is no reflection of the exterior.

Views and beach

The location and view were excellent. The unit was immaculate and really nicely decorated on the inside.

The location was unreal and you can tell that the owners are very house proud.

All fans and lights attached to fans seem to be on the same frequency when using the controllers?

It was beautiful inside and the view from the balcony was a fantastic way to start the morning with a cup of coffee.

Was in a good location and was clean.

There was mould on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms , the air con doesn’t work when I turned it of it was filthy and full of mould and just doesn’t work. There is not a fully equip kitchen, no cook top or oven. No bath mat provided the dishes in the cupboard were all filthy, had to wash the what I needed before using. Power cords running through the windows from outside.
