Great location, spacious, and clean. We really enjoyed our time . Within a minutes walk to the beach, Caddy’s and Ka’Tiki. Our host was attentive . I highly recommend !

Not only is this a great location... but the property is ADORABLE. The owner was by far the best to communicate with out of my VRBO experiences. Quick responses and very accommodating! I would definitely stay at this property again!

This house was everything and more that my parents and I wanted in getting away for a week. The quick access to the beach and local restaurants and grocery stores is almost unbeatable. We enjoyed having a little piece of Treasure Island all to ourselves, and it gave us great peace of mind about traveling during the pandemic. The wagon provided was so helpful in transporting things to the beach and the hostess was unbelievably responsive and friendly. We definitely would book with Carrie again!

We had a wonderful stay here. We loved this cottage so much and we were so happy to have such a nice beach cottage to call home for the week. Unfortunately we came during red tide on St Pete Beach so we couldn’t spend much time on the beach. But we were so luck to able to just relax in this nice beach cottage.

From the minute we booked, the entire process and stay was easy breezy. The house is as cute as it looks in the listing. Just a two minute walk from the beach. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors! We loved that there were beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for us and the kids to use! It made the walk to and from a breeze. Sunset beach is not crowded and such a chilled out atmosphere to relax on. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will be booking our trip for next summer as soon as we get home tonight! Thank you for your hospitality and a clean, bright and fun place to call our own for a week!

No need to pack beach towels…they’re provided along with a wagon, chairs and sand toys! Close to the beach, restaurants, and beautiful sunsets - it was everything we had hoped for!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here last week. The cottage is picturesque; incredibly clean, bright, and airy - everything you are looking for in a beach cottage. It is about a four minute walk to Sunset beach and Caddy’s, so not an ocean view, but honestly we didn’t miss it. It’s very easy to run back to the house quick to re-pack your cooler or grab another pair of sunglasses etc. 7 Eleven was very close as well, if you needed to run around the corner and grab something last minute. The house was appointed with a wagon to use for the beach as well as a couple of beach chairs, and a nice size bag of sand toys, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. This was so nice with kids. Walking there without the wagon might’ve been cumbersome. And it was great to not have to buy the kids any beach toys while we were down there. The street is very quiet and peaceful; we were able to sleep in each morning without interruptions. It was really the best of both worlds, a quiet clean cottage, with a couple options for nightlife in walking distance if desired. We drove to the busier parts of Treasure Island, but they were still within a mile or two. Washer and dryer were great, very little laundry to do back home! If I had to pick anything I would change, I might suggest an upgrade to the hairdryer, but that’s being picky! We will be back!

This upgraded cottage with vintage charm was the perfect fit for me, my wife, and 4 young kids. Plenty of beach towels supplied. Fully equipped kitchen. Best of all an easy walk to Sunset Beach. We made great memories here!
