Good location and the house had everything you could possibly need. Be sure to eat at the Sea Biscuit if you visit Holden and stay here. You will love this place.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at SEADATED. The house was beautiful and efficiently laid out so that we never felt like we were on top of each other. I can’t say enough about the amazing views, comfortable beds and beautiful kitchen space. An added bonus was being within walking distance of restaurants. The living room had an nice tv set up which saved me since I was in a little trouble for scheduling this trip during the World Series! This house absolutely has it all.

Your vacation home was perfect for our group. Spaces were adequate. Direct access to the beach was wonderful. Lots of deck space and chairs. Kitchen is very thoroughly appointed; strong blender, loved the griddle, kitchenaid mixer was a nice surprise and I was most grateful for it. All in all it was the perfect first NC beach holiday for us.

Chad was a great host ! We moved from this location to another for my daughter’s wedding and the second location did not have anything close to the set ups that Chad’s listing had nor was it as clean. Thanks Chad for a wonderful visit.

This house was perfect. We loved, the location, beachfront access and nice big screen TVs. the kitchen had everything we needed and the deck box outside was perfect for storing beach items after a day out. The house was ideal with us having an infant who won't nap on the beach it made it easy to adjust for nap times and the morning views from the master bedroom were a great way to wake up each morning. We will definitely stay again.

We came with our five plus mother and father in-law and my wife’s aunt.
The house was on the beach which is tough to beat.
The listing was accurate.
The kitchen was very well-stocked. Never stayed in a vacation house where I didn’t have to go out and buy measuring spoons, cooking dishes etc.
They beach towels were fluffy. The house towels were the usual scratchy white towels you see anywhere they use a linen service.
The back deck had very comfortable furniture, which is good because we spent a lot of time out there.
The faucet where they had a spigot to wash off the sand was very well done.
The location is close to the grocery store and the usual tourist shops.
It’s a quiet neighborhood.
The owners clearly put a lot of effort into making this a comfortable place to stay.

This home was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the beach everyday! It has been remodeled and has some really nice decor, large TVs, comfortable recliners, and well-stocked kitchen. We will rent here again!

SeaDated was a great expereince. The house is located steps from the ocean with a private walk to the beach and amazing views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master suite (Captain's Quarters). The house is beautifully decorated in light retro-beach colors and fashion. We have always stayed on the West End of Holden Beach but are now East End fans. This house is within walking distance of Island eateries and a short drive to the bridge. The owners were incredibly communicative and made certain our stay was everything we wanted it to be. When we return to Holden we will be staying at SeaDated. Thank you Chad!

The home was much more then we expected. Everything was beautiful and so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Best sleep we’ve had in a long time. Better then our own beds at home. Living area was very cozy and the perfect place to cozy up after our 8 hours in the beach shelling. The host was very pleasant to work with and easy communicating with him. Replied to any question we had in a very timing manner.
The beautiful décor complimented the view, comfort, peace and relaxation. VERY CLEAN!
Will definitely be booking again the next time we visit the area.

I took my family to this home for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time. Newly upgraded kitchen, fresh paint everywhere, and very well decorated / appointed. I’d recommend to anyone.

This house was absolutely amazing! Very clean, cute, and accommodating. We love coming to Holden, and this is by far one of the best properties we’ve rented. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The sand and ocean right at your feet. Can’t wait to come back!

SeaDated is a perfect vacation house. The furniture was so conducive for comfort and relaxation. The outside chairs are all high end and offer a variety of sitting styles. Even the beach chairs were first class. The house was super clean and stocked with everything we desired for our six girlfriends celebrating our Medicare year!

Really impressed by the beachfront property and recently renovated kitchen that is fully stocked with appliances. The house was well organized with labels on light switches etc to take out any guess work. I would definitely recommend the stay!

The house was located right on the beach with easy access. Great views from both decks with comfortable chairs. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation - well stocked kitchen, lots of towels. Chad gave us great recommendations for Holden. We would look forward to coming back again!

I have stayed at so many properties that didn’t live up to the pictures and description given but that was not the case here. It was exactly as you see. So clean and beautiful. There were extras there that usually aren’t provided at other places so the owner definitely goes the extra mile. We loved staying here!

This was our first family beach vacation and couldn’t be more happy. Everything you could think of was provided. Plenty of space and bathrooms for all. The best part was morning coffee on the deck and watching the sunrise over ocean.

Excellent property
SeaDated is an excellent property. It is close to the bridge on to the island. The upgrades are very nice. The linens are very high quality. The property is immaculate. It is a great place to stay on

Great House, great beach
We really enjoyed our stay. This was the first time we have stayed in a house on the beach versus a condo. It’s just a different feeling to be able to walk out your back door directly onto the beach. The house was VERY well supplied and had everything we needed to cook, etc…. Beds were comfortable, nice appointments in every room. I have to say that I had never seen a bathroom mirror with a defroster built in! We will be back!
