The owner is very kind and helpful, he gave us a bottle of tasty croatian wine. And also the welcome rakija is sooo good!

Kleme, the property manager, was super nice and communicative. Even though we only stayed for one night, he personally checked us in and gave us a thorough tour of the place, while also offering some of his homemade wine. The room was amazing, spacious, modern and clean, with a big, well-equipped kitchen and not one, but two balconies facing the sea! Very good value for a longer stay in Makarska!

It's not so far from the beach area (probably 10 minutes away by foot), but being a bit up on a hill, it can get challenging on the way back :D

Apartment was very clean and beautiful. We booked the one with the sea view and it was amazing! It’s close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Apartment manager Kleme was very welcoming and kind!

Very good apartment with partial nice sea view. The mountains behind the house are stunning. Big comfortable bed. Enough size for 2. The kitchen equipment is basic, but enough for breakfast and simple cooking. Bakery and grocery within 5 min, very good restaurants in 5-10 min, beaches in 10 min walk down on the hill. The host is super friendly and helpful :)

The road in front of the apartment is sometimes a bit noisy especially on the weekends, but with closed windows it's okay, the apartment has air conditioning. The kitchen has only 1 sharp knife.

We liked everything, apartment was spacious and view was nice of course, bed was comfortable, host was super friendly and nice, his homemade wine was cute surprise. Garage was also nice because outside temperatures were out of control. Definitely recommend.

Everything was great! The apartment had everything you need, even more (hairdryer, iron, etc.). I recommend this property for a stay in Makarska :)

We received a bottle of white wine as a welcome present. 😍. The owner recomendated us 2 restaurants in the city... some hidden gems.

Everything was wonderful! Kleme was really hospitable, he recommended must-see places, markets, restaurants, and so on. He presented a bottle of wine when we met. It was really pleasant) We asked with some inquiries several time and he always helped us really fast! The apartment are clean and bright. We had breakfast on the veranda with a beautiful sea view. There is a cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed. Everything is clean and tidy. There are small stones on the beach, about 12 minutes walk, and there is a slope (about 70 meters). I hope we come back next year!

The apartment is just like the describtion and the pictures suggest: with a small kitchen, private parking and a very nice balcony with sea view. The host, Kleme was very kind, he even gave us wine that the apartment owner makes. He also gave advice on what to visit and wich restaurant to go to etc...The beach is about an 8-10 minute walk down the hill, which is perfectly fine. On our arrival, the room was super clean, the towels can be changed during the stay if needed, and there's even the option to use a laundry machine in the garage. The room did get quite a bit hot during the day, but thankfully there was an air conditioner. The bed and the pillows were a bit on the harder side, which we liked, cause it doesn't make our back hurt. :D And a fun plus: there were tortoises in the building's garden. :)

The only thing is, the street which our room faced did get somewhat loud sometimes, but its managable, and it's really not on the owner. :)

These apartments fully correspond to what you expect to see for a great holiday. It has a nice sea and mountain view, especially from the last floor on the left side. It has a parking space which is a huge advantage compared to other offers nearby. And it has Kleme - the best Kleme out of all Klemes in Makarska. Need anything? He is always there for you. Excursioins, suggestions, trips, transfers, complaints etc. - he manages everything, a full-service smiling man who would also present you a bottle of wine on your arrival.

I liked the sea view. We had a small kitchen in our room which was just right for us. Our dog was allowed to stay in the room all the time :) Air conditioning was extremely useful for us :) We could do laundry and ironing if we wanted. The place exceeded our expectations. And also one of the most important thing - the owners and our concierge very, very nice and helpful :)

Kleme is a good host, friendly, very good communication, always available. Good appartment with 2! places to sit outside: sea and mountain view. Clean, practical and more than enough space :) We received a bottle of homemade wine on arrival thank you! Good location, you don´t need to use your car. Shop and bakery nearby. Nothing. The only thing is, Makarska is a busy place and people, scooters and cars make noise, on the inside of the room you hear nothing, but outside you do, but that´s not something the host can do anything about :)

Charming apartment with great view. Nice, clean and modern apartment with big balcony. One of the best apartments we have stayed in recently!!! Mr. Klem, the host, was very kind to us and gave us helpful info about places that can be visited in Makarska! I recommend it to everyone who would want to visit that side of Croatia.

Everything was great! The hosts were very friendly. They gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and another one as we parted. Kleme was very helpful with everything that we needed or had questions about. Told us great beaches that are 5-10 min rides, great restaurants and other activities that we had a fantastic time at. The room had small but well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and terrace with a great view. We had our coffee on that terrace every morning, just watching the world unfold before us. Everything was super clean, they did a regular bedsheet changes. Would recommend with all my heart and I'm sure I'llgo there again. Great example of wonderful Croatian hospitality.

Nice place, great value

Very good location: close to the see, close to markets, bakery. The room was very nice and clean, and we had balcony with amazing view to the see. But we liked the most the host! Few days prior our arrival Kleme send me SMS, and called me in the day of arrival to check the arrival hour. When we were leaving, we had an issue with our car, and he helped us: called the service auto, went with us there, the issue with the car was solved in less than an hour :) Thank you very much! I strongly recommend this place for stay when in Makarska :)

Everything was as you can see it on the pictures. Apartament is well equipped, and during our stay we had no problems with accomodation. The owner was friendly and caring. Overall, it was a plesant stay.

Nor really a problem, rather a choice. We were traveling with kids and Makarska (as expected) was rather crowdy during our stay. This accomodation is further away from the city center. It took longer walk, approximately 10 minutes (650m), to get to the nearest beach.

Perfect pre-arrival communication in English via booking.com, phone and WhatsApp. We provided an ETA to the property and were met outside on arrival with google maps providing the exact location. Personally checked into the property and all elements shown and explained. Property: A new, modern purpose built apartment within a small complex of 4/5 other apartments. Others rentals and private accommodation. Spotless clean, no damages, and great sea and mountain views from the private balcony. A fully serviceable and equipped kitchen with all relevant utensils. A nice touch with the ground bean coffee machine! Comfortable beds, sizeable apartment overall with all the nice touches. Location: Underground parking available with a space allocated to the apartment. 15 minute casual walk to the beach and main town. 5 minutes to the local shop and pub. 1hr 49 to Zadar Airport. 15 minutes to Brela / Baska Voda. Overall: Highly recommended without any fault. Extremely pleased to have stayed for the week, outstanding customer service and attentiveness from the host. You will not be disappointed. Clean and tidy. The studio had everything we needed. The host was really great and the hospitality was on top.

The apartment is very clean, tastefully decorated, with a terrace overlooking the sea. We felt great, in the mornings on the terrace we had a view of the mountains in the back and in front of the sea! The hosts are very welcoming, friendly, speak English! It was the perfect vacation! Makarska is a dream place, wonderful, we have been three times so far and definitely if we go we will stay at Vila Marina, it was the best host and the best apartment we stayed in Makarska !! Thanks for the wine, I opened it at home, congratulations, it is amazing with a delicate aroma!! We hope to return to Makarska every summer!🥰🙋🏻‍♀️🤗

Villa Marina is beautiful place with fantastic mountain and city view. Kleme - manager is very helpfull and polite person, if you ask him he could pick up you from/to bus station. We are very satisfied of our stay and we recommend this place :)
