Arrived in 6 degrees. A male staff member opened the door to the foyer for me to enter and then he disappeared leaving the female to check ma and others in. This took much time as she was on the phone dealing with a refund for another customer. She was very nice, however, she required assistance due to the length of her phone call. One would think the other staff member could have assisted. My partner was left in the car waiting in the cold during this time of check in
No luggage racks. no biscuits for coffee. Date on TV incorrect so programing information was unattainable. The shower. taps very difficult to work and pipes became extremely hot and difficult to adjust. Rotting architrave in bathroom.
Coffee cups did not fit under coffee machine.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. We were a party of three and when we arrived to the room we noticed only a queen bed. I went and asked and they said the bed is in the sofa bed. I asked about the sheets and they said yes they are on the bed in the sofa. I thought it would have at least be set up so the bed would actually look presentable and the sheets could air out. I just don’t think we should have had to set up the bed, who knows how long the sheets were crushed in the bottom of the sofa. I think the room was also very over priced at $300 a night. Breakfast was also overpriced at $25 a head. we went to a nice cafe Instead and only spent $50 all up.

beautiful hotel, cute rooms with vintage vibe! absolutely loved the attention to detail, and Armidale is such a beautiful town.
the bathroom got a bit smelly like sewage late at night!

Very friendly staff, polite and extremely helpful. Very comfortable and clean room.
Restaurant closed on Sunday evening.

Room was very dirty especially the carpet had lot of stains and gives the room look like a dungeon place.
Milk, Coffee and Sugar sachets weren't replaced at all and I had to go and ask them personally to refill every time.

The rooms were clean and comfortable..loved the large bath towels. The lounge in the room provided comfortable seating.
