We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The walls are thin so we heard everything of our neighbors, otherwise it was great! Perfectly located for enjoying downtown!

If you want to make your vacations memorable then I would recommend Sonder are the best places to stay in Philly at least what I have experienced. Excellent customer service, swift responses, managed and maintain properties beautifully. I am simply in love the way they have put up every necessity in one package for their customers. I highly recommend Sonders The Heid to stay in philly

Absolutely awful first experience with Vrbo! My husband and I got to our place at 2:30am to find that all the near by parking garages were closed for the night. While he left to go find parking I discovered that both elevators were broken! I then had to lug all our luggage and music gear up 7 flights of stairs!!! We did not get to bed until 3:30am and woke up at 8am to a screaming child in the room beside us, which lasted for several hours! My husband called to complain and we were switched to a different room on the 5th floor. We then packed up all our stuff again to head down to our new room, only to find that the door code would not work. When we called about this, we were told that we could not check in until 4pm even though the man on the phone who switched us to the new room on the 5th floor told us we could check in immediately. We then had to lug all of our stuff back up to the 7th floor and rush over to make my husband’s sound check in time. Extremely frustrating situation and they didn’t care at all! I will never use Vrbo again!!! Don’t waste your money, stay in a hotel!

Enjoyed our stay. The location was good. The place was spotless. The gentleman at the entrance was very knowledgeable and helpful as this was our first stay in Philly! The bathroom could use some more hooks besides the one next to the shower. It was a perfect place and would stay again.

This was really a little gem in the city. It is within easy walking distance of the conference center and downtown. The neighborhood on the surrounding block is not as nice as the other areas of downtown but I felt safe walking alone day and night. The building is very nice with a secure entry. The apartment has a nice industrial feel with concrete floors and high ceilings...I loved the look and feel. It has nice amenities with a full kitchen with bar seating, a nice seating area, and washer/dryer. There is a beautiful city view from the wall of windows in the bedroom. I hear there is also roof access with a great city view but did not know this until the day of check out so I did not see it. It was very easy to check in online and checkout without interaction at a front desk. I loved the experience and will use Sonder again, hopefully soon!

When we booked this location, it appeared too good to be true for the price, but it happened to be even better than what was advertised. Will do business again with Sounder for sure.

Parking was very close, room renovations were top notch, easy walking distance to everything. Beautiful City Skyline view out a giant industrial window.
Only knock on our stay - the elevator was out on arrival and we were staying on the 8th floor. My pregnant wife was less than thrilled! However - service was prompt and they had it up and running later that night.

We completely fell in love with the Kitchen. The apartment was also great. Even though both the sofa bed and the room bed was pretty uncomfortable, we absolutely loved the space. The noise level is the only thing that would make me think twice before booking it again.

We had two days to see out college student and had a very nice stay here. Location could be a little closer to restaurants and amenities but we had a very nice time. Very comfortable.

We were there two weeks and housekeeping never cleaned our room. Television had no cable. Elevator was slow. Inadequate gym. Terrible neighborhood. No restaurants close by

We were very happy with our experience and the urban views from our apartment were amazing and really made the trip. It was also well located from downtown and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and modern and looked as advertised. The traffic noise was not as bad as expected (ear plugs are provided) and the only real issue we had was figuring out how to log on and use the Hulu service.

We had a great time in Phili! We were new to the area and the Sonder room was so nice! The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink to the room 407 was stopped up and drained REALLY slowly.

This was a very economic option to stay in Philadelphia. The unit was really very nice, had everything we needed, was clean, and located close to City Hall. There was parking about a block and a half away, which was very convenient.

Beautiful one bedroom, very clean and close to everything. It was nice to also have access to a washer and dryer to wash clothes before heading out. Would highly recommend.

Second, the balcony closes at 8pm. I would never live here permanently for that single reason. It’s an amazing view that you will be kicked out of at 8pm. We were there over 4th of July and couldn’t watch the fireworks.

Truly enjoyed our time in Philly and staying here was the highlight. Very sheer, clean space. Loved the washer and dryer and dishwasher with detergents. Just absolutely wonderful stay in one of my favorite cities.
