This was a nice place to stay. It was close to Comerica park and all the surrounding bars and restaurants. My only complaint was we didn’t have the key fab to get in the building, elevator, pool, and parking garage.

This property was great! The location was excellent-right in the heart of downtown Detroit. Close and convenient to everyone, including a railway stop. There is a code to enter the building and there was a security person in the lobby (although not there every time I was downstairs). The apartment was very tidy and exactly as advertised. Much better deal than the $300+/night that other hotels were going for. There’s definitely noise at night, but nothing unexpected for being downtown. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! It was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the full kitchen that was stocked with everything you need. The location was convenient, about 5 blocks from Ford Field and Comerica Park.

The room wasn't the Hilton but it was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area was more than adequate and had everything we needed to enjoy light breakfasts and leisurely evening drinks and snacks together. The location in Downtown Detroit was perfect. We felt safe! Easy walking distance to Downtown and area attractions. The security person was always polite and the few interactions with other guests was surprisingly pleasant. I would recommend this location to friends. the only slightly negative is the mattress was not as good as we would have liked, the spacious show allowed too much water out under the glass swing door and another set of towels available on our arrival would have been good but over all.....a very pleasant stay! thanks

Brand new, stylish and a full kitchen. Doorman during daytime hours.

Security personnel were the highlight. So friendly and helpful. The studio space was just right for my needs. Full kitchen and comfortable bed and bath. Nice to have a perfectly cool place to retreat during the 90° August weather.
Not a safe neighborhood at night. But if you are entering and exiting during daylight hours, no problem. Traffic noise is intense at night. Have you ever been at a drag strip? Singer management supplied a noise machine that actually helped. Thanks!
