Unit was great, very clean and amenities were well stocked. Hot tub was a nice addition.
Check in was a pain, no staff on site and code wasn't sent to me until the last minute. Pool was advertised as open, although it was closed.

Appartement très bien équipé et bien décoré on c'est crue à la maison. 🙂
il manque juste un moyen de caster nos programmes sur les télé (chrome cast) mais bon L'HDMI nous a suffit.

Very quiet and seems to be well maintained.
The non refundable deposit is unacceptable.

Great location in the heart of Radium and close to Invermere
The pool was freezing and the hot tubs were broken. There was a huge hornet nest next to our patio which made it very hard to sit outside. The BBQ was not working and the air conditioning broke down not once but twice.

The pool area lacked chairs, rude guests reserving chairs with towels at opening and they sat empty for hours as we sat on the concrete

Great location and beautiful facility.
No air conditioning or it wasn’t functional. Extremely warm. Couldn’t open windows as they are right by the front door. Price for room was reasonable but cleaning fee was over the top which made it a very expensive night travelling through.

There was a fireplace which we really appreciated!! The instructions were very clear about accessing the unit and everything that was available. It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen

It was very easy to get into the property with the codes and even though we didn't access underground parking and the pool area the keys were readily available.
We were a little confused about where to leave the garbage when we departed. The building marked garbage was locked and the directions to put into the dumpster (which we didn't find one) were vaque. Took it home with us.

Property was well laid out, nicely decorated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable.
We had a great stay but because we needed a place for a month or longer we found a condo that was not on a main roadway. We also could not get the elevator key to work so had to do a lot of dealing with doors, while moving in.

There is no hair dryer and bathrobes in any of the bathrooms.
