Stunning pool, brand new luxury house, ocean views; this was the nicest place we stayed in our 3 weeks in Crete. What an amazing find - we felt truly lucky to be staying here.

Relatively easy access to Chania etcetera by vehicle we rented. Found a number of local restaurants nearby and food was very good and not expensive.

Beautiful, spacious apartment! We especially loved the fabulous swimming pool and awesome views. The upper deck is a perfect location for yoga overlooking the ocean.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, the views were amazing and the villa great!

We had to leave to go home!

The Villa looked new, and was spotlessly maintained and the facilities were so well thought out. Every room had its own well appointed bathroom. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the pillows and bedding were very high quality. The kitchen was expertly set up with everything we needed. The spacious living and dining room with giant TV was perfect for family get togethers. And the outside space was amazing with lounging areas, a lovely pool and gorgeous views from the upstairs terrace off the 2 main bedrooms. We had everything we needed and more. The hosts were wonderful, responding quickly to any requests and bringing us gifts of local produce. We would definitely stay here again.

fabulous modern villa with all the facilities you could want and more for a family holiday. excellent location with lovely beach nearby and city of Chania just 15 minutes drive away . owners nearby should you need them and very attentive to ensure you have everything you need

Everything about this property was beyond exceptional. I would like thank Mr Malones Katakis and his family for taking such good care for us . They made sure that our every need was met . The family was there for taking us from the property to where we wanted to go . We really enjoyed our stay .

Amazing villa, the owner was truly amazing and helped us with absolutely everything we needed - beautiful views, great pool and facilities. Everything was perfect

The whole house was perfect it felt like a home from home & the location was great

The showers often overflowed as they were wet room style so whole bathroom would be soaking wet a lot of the time & they take a long while to heat up but everything else was so great it was an issue overlooked

Brand new villa, everything in order, exceeded our expectations. Good to have a car since no shops nearby. Nice small beach in walking distance. Katakis family was very helpful!

The property was very clean, the pool was very nice and clean, the villa is spacious, great kitchen, great view, functional we loved it! The host was very responsive, available and very nice!

As it’s a new property Its Just missing small details, water bottle when check in, coffee caps, booklet of recommendations on the area.

Beautiful property.

No bed change or towel change for the week we were there. Not a problem if only two of you but if the villa was full then clean towels would have been nice. Also we struggled to empty bins and no response to the text I sent asking what we should do.

Beautiful villa, great view to the bay, great pool. Close 15-20 min. To Chania center. A new villa, beautiful design and well equipment. Tou have everything you need with a high standart. The host family is lovely and helpful. Great for families

Lovely Villa with stunning views, within walking distance of a beach, and a very good Taverna with lovely staff. We would definitely recommend car hire as there is nothing else nearby. Chania Old Town and Marina is about a 15-minute drive away and there is a small town about 5 minutes drive away with everything you need, supermarkets, tavernas, pharmacy, etc. There are other lovely beaches around the Stavros area which again is about 10-15 minutes drive. Overall we had a very relaxing week. Thank you.

What isn’t there to like about this villa, it has everything and anything and if you need anything at all the hosts will do their upmost to accommodate your needs

Nothing, the property is fantastic.

We absolutely loved our stay at Katakis Luxury Villa. The house is new built, very clean with all inventory needed. Pool is really good and clean, the terrace was our favourite spot. The host was great, always available, helpful, their hospitality was impressive. We stayed with our kids for 12 nights and loved every minute of it in this beautifull home!
