It hosts an "RV QUEEN" size plush bed in the back and room for a travel crib once the table is collapsed, or the dinette area can become an "RV TWIN" bed in the front suitable a small child or moderate sized adult. There is a shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall, a sink and a potty, as well as an outdoor shower unit. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a mini fridge, a convection microwave oven and a two burner gas stove. There is an LG TV with an RV park satellite connection and a built in Furrio radio with AUX hook up and surround speakers. For your convenience, it also has a built in vacuum system at the doorway for ease of cleaning what little floor space there is. Basically just bring your clothes and food! We prefer a pick up between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm, depending on the day of the week. The renter and approved driver must be present. Allow for a one hour walk-around to ensure you understand all operations. If you prefer, we can arrange for the walk around to be completed the day before your pick-up. Returns will be between 8 am -12 noon, also with a walk-around and return checklist. 12:01 pm is considered late and will incur a late fee of $100. Our cleaning, sanitizing and make ready for the next renter takes place, at the earliest, on the day of return between 12-3 pm.
