Nada.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The location was great, easy to go anywhere. The room was cute and large dnough woth all necessary features, had heater and hot water in bathroom worked well, which was helpful during the cold morning shower. There was always hot water and a selection of tea available in the lobby. Staff readily helped me with taxi.
Hotel was old and need a bit of uplift and maintenance. But room was cozy nevertheless.

Location is great, front desk is friendly!

We stayed 9 nights. It's a simple & quiet little hotel to stay at. The rooms ae a bit small and the breakfast is average. It's a no fuss hotel that offers a good location and helpful & friendly staff.
The breakfast could be improved starting with larger plates & bowls as they are rather small. Also a wider choice of items. The beds are a bit noisy as they creak everytime you move. A more upgraded wi-fi service would be appreciated.

Excellent hosts and superb hotel. You can feel the history in this hotel being surrounded by Inca's walls! And the staff is very helpful and super nice.
The rooms are huge and have all the convenience and great views on a mythic place.

Directly in the historic centre of Cusco.
The staff were super friendly and took tremendous care of us. We had altitude sickness and John (the night manager) stayed up all night with us, trying to find a cure. Amazing person!
Overall the location is a dream.

Amazing hotel. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco. It's in a central, quiet location, walking distance to everything in the historic center. My room was a good size, had heaters and everything worked including good Internet in the room. The hotel has a lovely patio where you can have breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome.

I have some problems walking. The staff immediately noticed this when we arrived and gave us a ground floor room. I really appreciated this. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged taxis for us and called restaurants to help us make dinner reservations. We loved the historic features of this hotel, the very reasonable rates, and the proximity of the hotel to multiple attractions. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

My three young adult children enjoyed their room with three separate beds. The breakfast here was generous and very good, especially the local cheese. We were staying in winter and appreciated the heat and hot showers. The hotel also has a lovely central courtyard which we enjoyed multiple times when we wanted to sit around and talk.

This is a small, very friendly hotel. I have some mobility issues which I forgot to mention when making the reservation. The front desk staff noticed and gave me room on the first floor without asking. I am very grateful. The stairs to the second floor are steep. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the water is hot, and the wifi is good. This room was moderately priced and was an excellent value.

I stayed for one night, checked out to visit Machu Picchu then I came back for 4 more - isn't it enough of a review?

Unaytambo is a unique hotel, a charming inca mansion with a central courtyard. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfy. The location is perfect, short distance from everything yet in a calm neighbourhood. The best of all is the staff, especially John who we interacted with mostly. He is extremely helpful and kind. Don't think twice about booking your stay at Unaytambo! (PS: I'd rather support local hotels than international chains)

I had stayed in a hotel in Cusco 4 years ago and I thought this was the same place. Unfortunately no. Location was great, luggage storage, most of the staff was pleasant, got a larger room than reserved (due to hotel being empty), they offered for me to stay in my room for the evening while I waited for a night bus (also due to hotel being empty), free airport shuttle to hotel
The hotel is old and there is not soundproofing. Even though towards the end of my stay, I was the only guest, but I could still here so many noises throughout the night. I even heard an alarm go off around 4am in another room, which sounded like it was in my own. I believe that the hotel shares the property with a restaurant or something and it has two dogs that bark off and on throughout the day and evening. You had to give them 15-30 minutes to take a shower so that they can turn on the hot water. I think that was because I was the only guest again, but not sure. Once the water was hot, it was good. The bed was pretty hard, but the linen was comfortable. Breakfast was not very good. It was very simple and bland. Not what you would expect for the price being paid. I think they were possibly cutting cost, since I was the only guest. On the day of checkout, I had to leave for a tour at 4:20am. I obviously missed breakfast that day. The day before checkout, I asked the female day receptionist (who was nicer than the male), if I could sit in the downstairs sitting area while I waited for my night bus. She offered for me to stay in the room onceI got back so that I could take a shower, which was very nice of her. She said that it was no problem because the place was empty. Obviously, that wouldn't be offered if the hotel was busier. I checked with the staff multiple times about luggage storage and airport shuttle back to the airport once I arrived back from my tour. Everything good they said. Upon arrival from my tour, the male receptionist was working that morning. Of course, didn't offer me the breakfast that I missed on check out, which is not big deal. I asked about airport shuttle and he said I would have to pay. I told him that the listing said free airport shuttle. Only one way he said. That was never mentioned and not on the listing. No one mentioned that during my stay after asking many times. He just argued. Don't know if I can recommend.

It was a beautiful property with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. I would certainly stay here again.
I have no comment as I did not encounter anything that I did not like.

Location. The hotel provides simple clean accommodations. No thrills in this boutique hotel but then none where expected.
Tv was very small and did not have English language station to keep up with the virus news back home.
