The condo was perfect! We had so much fun sight seeing. The beach is right across the street with easy access. Our view of the bay and docks was beautiful. Thank you to the host for making everything an enjoyable vacation

We absolutely loved to staying here. It was in a great location. We were there visiting family in Pensacola so it worked out perfect. We loved staying on the riverside versus the ocean side. My husband went out every night and morning fishing. It was a perfect location for amazing fishing. We could walk right across the street to go to the beach. We took a day trip to Fort Pickens. Spent an afternoon downtown Pensacola. Enjoyed amazing restaurants near the condo. Great communication and amazing place.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The unit being on the first floor and also a corner unit made access for grocery runs and move in/check out extra easy. The unit itself was even nicer and bigger than we expected. The docks behind the unit made a great backdrop and worked out great for family pics. The pool close to the building was also very nice. Overall the building itself was very quiet. We appreciated our host being available by text and always responded immediately. This was our third stay in the Perdido Key area and definitely our favorite rental.

This place was it! So much room in this condo. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The boat ramp is located right on the property and so easy to use. We were able to park the boat trailer on site as well. The docks are awesome! We sat everyday watching the boats zoom by and watched dolphins swimming in the bay. Extra added bonus was an ice maker in the condo. We loved it. We will definitely return to this exact spot. We went to Perdido in the evenings for dinner. Sunset grille is fantastic. This was by far one of our favorite places we have ever stayed.

Clean and well maintained. Property owner is very responsive and provided great restaurant recommendations. Easy access to a private beach on the gulf and a boat ramp on the river.
