Very well set up with all you will need for a comfortable stay. Great kitchen, family space and back yard. We loved the location. We were able to walk to Pearl street daily.

Once more we would like to express our appreciation for the lovely home that is the Farmhouse at Folsom. We particularly liked its comfort and beauty. The wireless printer is a nice extra.

This is an unassuming house on the outside and on a corner lot. The inside of the house is fully rennovated with a state of the art kitchen, warming fireplace, lots of light, gorgeous master BR and bathroom, and a great hot tub just outside the door. There is a parking slot (though muddy when we visited in January). We had serveral questions, all of which Shane answered quickly and courteously. We felt very at home as a family of 4 adults. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about staying at Nicole and Shane’s adorable historic home. They have impeccable taste and the home was well designed, tasteful, cozy and so organized (discreet labels everywhere!). In addition, they were able to grant a slightly later check-out, which was very much appreciated, since 10am seems too early. All in all a fabulous experience and we will be back!

This house was lovely and surprisingly quiet and peaceful given it's on a busy corner. The kitchen and bathrooms are new and well appointed and there are great spaces outside and in to work, hang out or have a family meal. Home is located near everything Boulder has to offer and Shane and Nicole were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!

We had three generations staying at the house. We even had a 4th generation from time to time. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a highchair and pack n play there which we put to good use. The backyard was a great space. We had meals out there as well as a few fires in the fire pit. The house was within walking distance to Pearl St., Colorado U and Trader Joe's. The owners were very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this home to other friends visiting Boulder.

We had three generations staying at the house. We even had a 4th generation from time to time. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a highchair and pack n play there which we put to good use. The backyard was a great space. We had meals out there as well as a few fires in the fire pit. The house was within walking distance to Pearl St., Colorado U and Trader Joe's. The owners were very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this home to other friends visiting Boulder.

Construction project across the street presented some challenges, which we fully understand is outside of the owners control, and we were able to figure out how to work around. Shane and Nicole have a lovely home with many thoughtful touches. The decor is comfortable and calming. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining table and yard because the weather was perfect for hanging out with our toddler grandson. We could also walk to the pearl street mall or the 28th st shopping center. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. We would love to return for another stay!

Perfect family weekend at the Farmhouse
We booked this beautiful home for a long weekend getaway with our family to explore Boulder and all that this beautiful area has to offer. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect accommodation. The home is even more beautiful in person! The owners have put so much thought into creating a special place to gather both indoors and in the quaint backyard. It was wonderful to cook breakfast in the well equipped kitchen each day and return home in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit. The hot tub was also a welcome sight after a long day of hiking and we all slept well in the very comfortable beds. There is nothing I would change and we look forward to returning each time we visit Boulder! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
