The place was gorgeous. The property around was safe, VERY quiet and nice grounds.

Clean and very nice. When we chose this property-we didn’t realize that it was both ocean front and inlet waterway- it’s advertised as oceanfront- we thought we rented oceanfront! But we’re on the other side. We’re from Utah- so this was very disappointing- but we enjoyed the stay and the view WAS beautiful on the inlet side.

We decided to book this condo for the week to enjoy some time at the beach and play some baseball. The location was very centralized for us and was spacious enough to have my parents join also. We have 3 kids ourselves. It was clean and in a great (peaceful) condo community.

Perfect beach getaway
Our family really enjoyed our time here in Indian Beach. A quick walk to the pool, dock, and a quick walk to the beach across the street made this the perfect spot for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the home was clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

This unit overlooks the sound and pool area. It was really nice to be so close to the hot tub. Short walk to the beach across the street. Unit has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We loved using the gym, which is just across the street in the clubhouse.

My now husband and I were getting married at the Merrell Estate and stayed in this condo, which conveniently is located right behind it. It was perfect. The view was amazing. The home was great! We would definitely stay again!

Our first impression was not great. Arrived a few minutes early, cleaning crew wasnt done. Checked back at 4:05, still not done. Check back at 4:20, still not done. Finally finished at 4:40. Decor, very nice. Kitchen has great amenities. Master bedroom great. Smaller Room with 2 sets of bunk beds, extremely small for 4 kids. Bunks so wobbly we would not let anyone sleep on top. No room to store bags. Second room a little bigger with a better set up. TV situation was not great. I want to be able to turn on and watch tv, not learn a whole new sound system, and push so many buttons that I have to read the directions every time. Bring your own bath towels as they are worse than a cheap motel. Rough and very small. Check out instructions asks you to take trash to the dumpster with no indication of where they are. With a few appointed tweaks, this place could be a five-star. Last impression..cleaning person there at 10 on the dot. We were grabbing a handful of last-minute items. She repeatedly asked are you finished? Did you get everything? Are you sure you got everything? We left about 10:15. Yes, we were a few minutes late, but we also did not get access until 40 minutes after check-in time. We were not intentionally being late and her repeatedly rushing us wasn't helping.

We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the early morning and evening looking at the peaceful sound. The dock is a close walk for fishing or just observing. The beach was just a short walk or golf cart ride away, with flat, wide sandy expanses and great water. We took a trip to the aquarium that is just a few minutes away and it was great! We took a day trip to a nearby island with wild horses and lots of shells, which was so much fun. There are many things to do in this area. A great trip overall!

I found this room after searching for a while. It was basically our last choice so I booked it. I was not expecting much because the room was very cheap for its location and how much space the room had. When we got to the room though, it was really nice. The room was very clean and all nicely prepared. Information was organized and easy to get with a folder containing anything we need to know. The view from the balcony was nice, and my family liked. I would highly recommend it.

Awesome!!
My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing trip to EI - Indian Beach. The condo was awesome very well equipped the view was so nice looking out of the pier/water and pool.
I'm ready to go back.

First Vacation to Emerald Isle
I came here with my family of 4. We were not planning on going to the Isle and instead going to a diffrent beach but all the condos , and beach houses were taken. I found this room after searching for a while. It was basically our last choice so I booked it. I was not expecting much because the room was very cheap for its location and how much space the room had. When we got to the room though, it was really nice. The room was very clean and all nicely prepared. Information was organized and easy to get with a folder containing anything we need to know. The view from the balcony was nice, and my family liked. I would highly recommend it.
