Lovely cottage close to the centre of Orange, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.
The generous sized bedrooms and living area were perfect for relaxing in after a day exploring the local vineyards.
We enjoyed dinner in the garden amongst the beautiful roses and bird song.
The fridge is a little small, and was easily filled by our breakfast and lunch items for a few days.
The toaster was broken when we visited but we contacted the owners and they planned to replace it.

Beds were comfortable, good location, quiet location , we liked the pod coffee machine , washing machine very handy .
The Netflix didn’t work

The cottage was very clean and offered everything we needed for a weekend away. The location was easy walk to town and visitors centre.

Close to town and everything was spectacular.

The place is the best place we stayed at over the years, so much room, beds where so comfortable and bed sheets where top quality 5 star.
Central heating do it was nice warm when we returned from work late at night.
There was coffee and milk left for us and my boys welt like they where at home.
So look forward staying there again but not when I’m working, thank you so much for a great experience of Orange.
Nothing was wrong at all, the place was perfect.

The water pressure in the shower was low and check out was 10am but the cleaner arrived and left cleaning gear on the doorstep at 9am which made us feel a little pressured to get out. Other than that everything was fantastic. 😍

The weather was hot and the window in the bedroom was painted shut and wouldn’t open. As there was no air conditioning, a few portable fans would have been helpful. There were no insect screens either.

Our own little haven within walking distance of all CBD facilities. We loved the cute cottage feel with its SC kitchen, good size bathroom with bath, washing machine and 3 bedrooms. We would recommend it for families or a group of friends but now you will have to share the one bathroom.

No.aircon vent in bathroom. Roof heater was not sufficient.

Modern, spacious townhouse with large garden and all the appliances you need. Convenient located in a nice neighbourhood. Modern TV with Netflix. Wifi was also available.
The shower had very weak pressure and there was no bath stop to fill up the bath.

A lovely old cottage which is close to town, tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets, pillows, covers etc. Our dog was happy to wonder around the backyard.
We arrived on a zero degree June day and the house was freezing … it took about 4 hrs to heat up. The bathroom was almost too cold to use, with no heating or working heat lamps.
The kitchen floors were not clean.
The utensils and cooking equipment were very basic, not what I would expect based on the price I’d paid.
