The location and the view from the balcony was decent
Very old and smelled like cigarette. The male Sauna wasn’t working. Pool was shut.

The hotel was very good. If you are at the Tbilisi with your car, it’s a good choice , because it has a big parking area.
The stuff was great, the food and beverages were delicious.

I booked the hotel without breakfast, but I had lunch and dinner that were fantastic. Especially chakhirtma and burger as well as Georgian steak - highly recommended. We had an early check-in with my colleague from Germany, and Mamuka who was meeting us at the hotel reception desk accommodated us without any additional charge. The staff are great and extremely responsive, be at the reception, or in the restaurant, or in the room service. I will definitely stay again once back to Tbilisi. The hotel is highly recommended for business travellers.
The hotel's location is not in the old town, but this has nothing to do with the high service level they are providing. I cannot think of anything that needs improvement or that I did not like. As Holiday Inn is the international chain, they maintain a high standard of service, and Tbilisi is not an exception to this rule.
