Close to the beach and shops.
The landing was full of spider webs
The kitchen doors hinges need to be adjusted as they are not fitting properly, the kitchen can do with few extra utensils, the iron was not in the property even though I was told so when I enquired. The socket next to the sink it’s a hazard.

Dated furniture, could do with new materass. Bunk bed was not suitable for an adult, very wobbly.
A/C leaking and judging from damage on the door frame it's been going on for a little while.

The location is really close to the seaside, neighbourhood is quite nice. Building has been renovated on the outside recently. Parking place is easy to find as well. Spaceous apartment with nice small balcony.
Apartment and facilities are old and a lot of things are broken. It feels the matraces are 30 years old and there is this muffy smell in the bedroom. Kitchen has not a lot of facilities, dishes and cutlery is rare. No water boiler, tea, coffee or any other standard kitchen ingrediences such as salt, pepper or oil available. The parking cars downstairs do not allow it to pass through with a stroller, so you have to lift up the stroller or damage some cars. Elevator feels like the first elevator build in whole Italy.

We booked Residence Antares but got a room in Villagio Hemingway, probably because it was after the season. But in the end, this was a plus, because the pool area was warmer and not as windy as rest od the city.

Very nice apartment, clean and looks renovated with fully necessary equipment. Huge balcony. Building had a lift and parking place assigned to the apartment. Close to the beach, parks and shops.

We stayed here 4th time. Very good location. The building had been renovated recently, it looks nice.
The shutters are terrible. The smallest wind shakes it and hit the alu-lamella to the guiding rail. It sounds like gun fire, impossible to sleep. It's a pity that functionality was sacrificed on the altar of design. During renovation they built in cheep alu U-profiles instead of real shutter guiding rails. Only exception is the kitchen where there is a real shutter guiding rail. Luckily there was only one night with wind...

The checkin and checkout is at another hotel, which makes it a bit cumbersome. I would have liked a kettle.

Clean, quiet accommodation with beautiful view, big terrace and own parking place. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely apartment, I would highly recommend it to everyone. It was the best choice for our stay. We are planning to come back again.
We missed the possibility of wifi connection.

Staff tried to placed us in the room without bunk bed. Just sofa.
There is NO WIFI even though it is declared in description. (public areas)
Microwave is out of the reach the socket.

A lot of space in the apartment with big kitchen, good sound isolation and air condition. Front desk lady was perfect and give us a lot of useful hints.

Perfect location near the beach and a supermarket (strongly recommended to try their Quattro Formaggi pizza at a very reasonable price!). Well equipped and basically clean apartment. Nice and helpful staff on site - though they did not speak any other language than Italian (except the check-in at a nearby other place a few blocks away).
Bedsheets were dirty on the bunk bed. Fortunately there were clean ones in the wardrobe. No mosquito nets on doors and windows despite the terrible mosquito situation at evenings. Poor wifi coverage.
