Shaen St is a trendy little motel that has been completely refurbished. There are only a few rooms and the motel is away from the main road so nice and quiet.
The attached cafe is very popular and has great coffee. The rooms are bright, clean and very comfortable with good furnishings and crockery/cutlery. There is also a pod coffee machine in the room.
I liked the Australian native toiletries that were full-sized rather than typical motel items.
This was one of the rare places I've stayed this trip whose wi-fi worked seamlessly.

A small motel and located off a main road (thus minimal passing traffic noise at night).
The automatically switched bright light immediately outside our room (rm 2) that precluding having a dark room for sleeping, despite the window blinds.
Toaster mechanism jammed on our second morning (last). (We left a note for it to be fixed or replaced).

Could not have breakfast as croissant had not arrived at coffee shop. So had coffee only But staff were very nice to talk to
More information needs to be put in a folder in room about Port Lincoln and surrounding area ect. restaurants, pubs, taxi's, and information about using the tv. And what goes on at Port Lincoln Need to rerange door numbers to make it easy to find no. 7

Fresh atmosphere. Nice small motel in quiet location. Helpful staff

Great place to stay. Very updated rooms that contained a coffee machine with pods, small fridge, microwave, kettles, and toaster. Good amount of cups & cutlery. Digitalised door, so you don't need to see anyone to check in. Good value for money at 135/night. Coffee shop at end of building opened in the morning.
Only negatives were the shower pressure wasn't that great and if you want to check in early, you'll get slodged with a $50 fee.
