Room cleanliness needs to improve very badly , spider webs and bathroom full of mosses and a lot of ants in the room otherwise it’s ok

Room is in good condition. Except the roach
Got cockroach in the room. We killed it. Can find the body in the room right near the tv cabinet. Staff gave wrong pass card & we had to go down receptionist to change it with all the luggage n go back up again
