The view was very nice and the size was also.

You can tell that this rental used to be very nice, but it is currently in a state of need. If it weren’t a last minute necessity then my wife and I would have not stayed here given the condition. It’s crazy to get hit with such a substantial cleaning fee to have to do most of the cleaning ourselves, according to the house rules, and see how unclean the house was when we arrived. What are we even paying for??There’s only so much that the swifer in the closet can do… the old sheets from the last guests were piled into one of the closets. The bathroom shower heads are old and leaky and the largest bathroom was soaked after only one use of that shower (we just never used it again after that). The walls haven’t seen a coat of paint in who knows how long..

The view, plenty of towels,beds comfortable ,kitchen well stocked. Very quiet.

Upon arrival place was not very clean. Floors had crumbs, counter had fresh coffee rings and stovetop had boil over on burners. Air conditioner filter was filthy. Bathtub was clean but very,very slippery with no mat.The condo is in a nice place with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico just needs better cleaning and maintenance scheduleing.

The view was absolutely beautiful! I wish the weather wasn't so cold so that we could have enjoyed the pool and beach, but overall the stay was amazing!!!
