The boy receptionist was VERY rude. When we tried to clarify our booking payment, he raised his voice as if he was talking from the other side of the room - very unprofessional. That particular receptionist should also lean phone etiquette. When we called them twice, there was no greeting, no offering of other services, and just hangs up. How could you assign somebody in the reception who doesn't know about customer service? From then on, we had a no-so-good impression about the place. We were disappointed by the receptionist and we hope the Management will do something about this.

Near Burnhan Park.
Easy access to other parks and tourist spots by walking (session road, burnham, market, night market, sm, church, bus stops, food hauls).
The staff guard is very accommodating that allow us to leave our bags after check out for we need to catch up a last minute attractions visit.
Free use of the stoves.
Complete kitchen accessories.
Rooms is large enough that can fit to one family (good for groups).
No intercom from our room to the lobby.
Even the lobby is just near, we opt to contact them via the mobile provided in the chat. It just take a while for them to answer or not at all, especially during our stay, where we need clarity on the power outage.
We understand that during our stay there is a typhoon, thus power is limited. However, when we saw our surrounding area (other hotels and establishments), there were generators providing them electricity. That few hours is somehow precious to us as we cannot go outside due to typhoon, thus the only recreation we can do is to watch the tv comfortably. Thus, this should be consider and improve in the near future, so that stay of the guests here will be very pleasant and good.

Complete utensils and cooking tools, close to most of the tourist spots in the city and quiet place.
The bathroom is a bit small but its clean with heater other than that everythings good.

Given the heavy traffic in Baguio City's downtown area and hard-to-find open parking slots, the place has an advantage of being situated near restaurants and Burnham Park. In addition, it is somewhat away from the noise of vehicular traffic.
We were booked at the 4th flr of the building but because the elevator was out of order on the first day of our 4-day stay, we accepted the offer of the staff to stay at a room in the first floor. So it was a choice of higher view and convenience, better if both are available. The elevator btw was repaired on the 3rd day of our stay.

Place is very spacious. Kitchen equipment very basic - stove, ref, basic pans and utensils, but they're enough for us since we only cooked breakfast and ate outside the rest of the days. Location is very good, near restaurants and tourist destinations. Enough parking space but on a uphill slope.
One of the rooms didn't have curtains and it got really hot around 9-10am. The heater auto adjusts and the temp is between 32°-34° during our stay. I preferred it to be hotter but the temp was enough to keep us from freezing.
Take note that the price in this site is not final, was surprised when the place charged 12% vat on top of the declared amount in booking.
