Staff, breakfast and location were amazing and great. It’s a 8min walk to the metro station and neighborhood has plenty of food options. Staff were super attentive and helpful. Lobby and room decor looked nice.

Our whole family had severe allergic reactions while in the hotel. My 1year old and I had our asthma triggered due to something in the air or carpet. My wife and 5 year old had minor symptoms including sore throats and coughs. Once outside congestion was gone and we mostly recovered but my youngest and I weren’t able to sleep all night.

The room is clean and the staff are very friendly

The lobby smells of cigarette smoke. I stay there for several nights and my first room also smells of cigarette smoke. The staff though helped me to change room.

room cleaning time is not fast. after asking room cleaning, need to many time. (early morning I asked room cleaning. and I returned after about an hour, but it was not cleaned.)
