Breakfast was OK. Location was very good.

The receptionists were unprofessional, rude, biased. They did not want to accept cash, they gave us the worst apartment in the category, and they did not succeed in organizing to have our breakfast boxes. And I am sorry their English was almost impossible to understand.

Hotel placed in an amazing spot right at the Coast; beautiful views from the restaurant; DELICIOUS food, stuff super friendly; our room was super tidy and was cleaned every day :)

No windows in the sleeping room, however, most of the time we were out, so it wasn't so bad.

Beeakfast was delicious so much choice and so fresh, great facilities, close to beach, close to everything else, beautiful hotel, friendly staff.

Towels on sunbeds - had to get up very early to get a space at the pool or beach.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows, tried to ask about lost property and had no reply

The whole place is super nice, the pools, the facilities. Apartment was very spacious, minimalistic but we had 2 balconies from.each room. It is clean and breakfast is amazing. I would highly recommend for everyone to stay here.

The bed could have been comfier. It seemed to have 2 mattresses on top of each other and it was very soft.

This hotel was totally new, Many swimming pools to choose from & private small beach, the staff was fantastic, the room & beds very comfortable, they gave us a bigger room than the one we reserved (benefits of traveling in September)

1.I think to be a 5 starts Hotel they need to have better entertainment, the activities were very basic 2. They need to sort the check in times in the Booking.com website, I made my booking (with a 2:00 pm check in information on the website and in my confirmation) and then the hotel texted me in private to say it was at 3:00pm even I booked online with different terms, of course I mentioned this and they made it right allowing me to check in at 2:00pm however should not be the case of me pointing out this for them; the hotel check in times need to match with what they advertise to avoid issues with customers (many people choose one hotel from another because of the times)

Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Overall our expectations were met by the hotel. Room size was pleasantly spacious. Facilities were good, i.e. there was a mini supermarket on the premise, beachfront is very close to the hotel, and plenty of car parking space.

Food quality could have been better, although it was generally good and there was a wide selection for both breakfast and dinner. Our bathroom had a hint of unpleasant smell.

Only minor gripes…only 6 coat hangers for 2 people for a week! we asked twice for more but none arrived. Shower attachment was bizarrely very low so impossible to stand under. €30 for 1 hour on the tennis court!!

Perfect location and amenities. Good entertaining areas and plenty of pools. Staff members were kind and helpful. We were allowed to early check-in and have been upgraded to a better room for no extra cost. Modern room, as required previously. Pool bars with a variety of cocktails for all inclusive guests. The Buffet restaurant had food for all tastes and magnificent deserts.

Weak WiFi signal, almost unusable. If you work remotely, forget about it. Horrible drinks for All Inclusive, really really bad! Buffet restaurant had the same awful drinks. We couldn't experience Mironi restaurant (Chef's menu) as it was completely booked for 5 days in advance, shame. The indoor pool is closed, so there is nothing to do in rainy days. The Hotel says it's due to Covid, but there are many solutions they could have implemented to avoid closing it.

The stuff of the hotel was very friendly and ready to serve you, the hotel has very nice surroundings area with many pools, the room we had was very beautiful, large enough with a nice front sea view. Thank you very much for everything.

The food was very tasty and quite varied, apart from breakfast, but breakfast food options are quite limited in general. The hotel is really close to the beach and you don't need to pay for sunbeds. They also have 5 pools spread throughout the complex and they provide beach towels.

My main issue was with the fact that you need to pay for all drinks during dinner. I agree that alcohol should not be free, but I would suggest giving out a complimentary bottle of water at least.

The beach was very close to the hotel and there were a number of different pools to choose from throughout the day. They also had a dedicated parking area which was very helpful. The location was great - very close to a lot of amenities and shops with everything a short walk along the street.

We stayed in multiple hotels in Crete during this holiday. This is not a 5* hotel. Reception staff were extremely inexperienced and came across as unwilling to check us in. There were also multiple of other families waiting and evidently growing impatient. The hotel room we were given was a "garden view" but there was no view of any garden, just the main road. The room we had was nothing like the pictures. It was extremely dated and poorly laid out. The bathroom was absolutely tiny, the shower head was falling apart and the shower door did nothing to stop mini floods! We had a problem with the safe in the room but we called the reception multiple times and didn't get an answer. We walked to the reception who said they'd send someone round right away. 1 hour later and we're still sitting in our room, waiting! The all-inclusive food at the restaurant was passable but options were certainly limited in comparison to the previous hotel we were staying in in Crete which was 4* rather than 5 and significantly better in all areas. The COVID measures existed but were not well adhered to. The bar staffs' hands were absolutely filthy and there was a lack of general hygiene which completely put me off ordering anything! Finally, I was really disappointed that when we went to check out they didn't ask me how my stay was. If they had, they would have been able to get this feedback directly and it would have demonstrated that they actually cared about their customers' experiences! All in all, I would not recommend this hotel.
