Excellent service.The staff especially the night shift was very helpful and accomodating.She has a pleasant character and she is an asset to the Company.The premises were well kept.Keep up the excellent service.Guests should be given extension of departure if necessary.

Cool Joint
The place was clean. Amenities are good. Furthermore backup power was awesome. Kicked in automatically allowing for a seamless transition.
Some of the staff were a bit of a nuisance. They complained of us making noise, yet the generator made an extremely overbearing noise. So complaining of residents making noise did not make sense to us. Plus there's no definition of what constitutes noise. Seemed very subjective.

It was overall really great, the detail in the apartments make it feel almost 5star.
We did not eat in as the restaurants were very close by. Small maintenance issues were quickly addressed with reception. Exceptionally impressed at the level of attention to detail in the apartments. That quick WhatsApp customer care is awesome.
Trying to phone the venue on our way to check in is frustrating as there is no contact number that's answered after hours, which makes it nerve wrecking if you're travelling from far away. Room 46 had a leaky/shower bath, which leaked into the lounge from the bathroom every time the kids had a shower Room 116 had the gas left on which was horrible smelling and we couldn't change rooms. it was resolved and we ventilated the room though.
