The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. It was really central, right next to the main street of bars, restuarants and shops, and near the beach and riverfront.
It was hard to find by car. The GPS got lost!

Poor sound proofing in rooms. The neighboring couple getting it on in the squeaky bed for three hours was an un-wanted distraction starting 1am.
