Wow! We were amazed on an arrival (thank you Chris you star) to departure! The staff were all amazing, I wish I could name everyone individually but they were so helpful, thoughtful and attentive, truly 6* service. The food and drink were of an incredible high standard and great variety and choice. The Knowledgeable guides (Gaspar and team) made our trip with the remarkable excursions. Once is a lifetime experience!

Beautiful scenery and gorgeous decor in the lobby. The hotel arranges activities which were very enjoyable. they guides were great.
The food was hit and miss. I had some great meals and some not so great ones. The activities are very expensive.

The staff (including tour guides, drivers, waiters, receptionists and even the manager) were exceptionally helpful and nice.
The all-inclusive experience felt like it was worth the price.
There were some ants in our room (not an infestation or anything like that).

This hotel is totally beyond our expectations both sides of hardware facilities part and soft service part, the all staff are friendly, proactively, give valuable suggestion for your needs, perfect environment and climate there, definitely will be back and recommend to anyone would like to enjoy at san Pedro de atacama, this hotel deserve every coins you piad

Great hotel and although expensive if you choose the all-inclusive option, it was worth it. An amazing variety of excursions available and a dedicated team member to help you choose and then to make changes if necessary or wanted. The staff were wonderful and I adored my stay here. For once, I didn't want to leave.
Only slight negative was that the coffee was only so, so even the freshly made barista variety. Might be due to the fact that I'm from Melbourne, Australia which is a coffee obsessed place.
