Convenient location for skiing

The house has a rat problem. We saw them run around the kitchen and heard them running through air ducts. They stole chips from the counter and piled them under a loveseat where they apparently feasted. There were numerous unopened traps and electronic rodent repellant devices on the kitchen counter and in the cabinets. We should have known what to expect... The house was not secure. The door had a smashed window pane over the lock (shards of glass outside). The missing pane was covered with a thin piece of cardboard. No internal deadbolts. There were some weird dead flies in the bathroom and thick piles of dust under the beds that were the least of the issues with this place. We have been in contact with Vacasa but there is currently no resolution. Had to find another place to stay for the end of our trip.
