All really nice and good
They should accept foreign currency like AED or Dollars
Bcz their is No Near money exchange and guests are really tired after long flights
They accept only Riyals which everyone have at that time

The facility is clean and comfortable and wifi speed is perfect
Room was not cleaned for one day, supplies of tea and coffe not enough! Distance to Haram became around 15 mins after they close the road to haram. It is recommended to provide breakfast service

The property was new and I booked the executive sweet which was very good.
One of the 2 washrooms was having a smell like it hasn't been used or cleaned for days.

الفندق ممتاز جدا جدا اتمنى من اللي جاي المدينه يحجز عندهم الاستاذ أدم الحضرمي والأستاذ صالح الجهني ونعم الناس ودودين طبعا الفندق يوفر كل حاجه تبيها فرشاه اسنان ومعجون مشط وموس حلاقه وأدوات استحمام ومناشف الاسره النوم مريحه جدا وكل شي مرتب ريحه الفندق من اللوبي إلى الغرف تعيشك جو ثاني كأنك ساكن ببيتك ماهوه فندق شكرا جزيلا لكم وراح ارجع لكم بأذن الله ويوجد كوفي جميل جدا في الاسفل

كل شي ممتاز نظافه واثاث وموظفين بالاخص الاخ صالح الجهني من اروع الرجال الذين واجهتهم خلقاً وادباً وحصل لي موقف مالي محرج وتدخل بكل شهامه وانهى الموضوع .
الفندق فيه كوفي جيد بعيد عن الحرم نوعاً ماء

فقط ازعاج مرتادي الكوفي بالجلسات الخارجيه خصوصاً اخر الليل الى الصباح بالذات الغرف التي تقع فوق الكوفي مباشره

Very large space, composed of room, living room, hall and bathroom. All very clean
They didn't provide products and towels until after I asked. They brought water only on the first day. They did not clean the room during the stay. The bed is uncomfortable and gives you back pain. There is no full panel in the shower, so the water goes all over the bathroom.

the receptionists are friendly. I would like to thank them to let my car there parking for extra day.
There is a bad smell in the hotel. it looks it is smoking hotel. I didn’t enjoy having shower because it is opened and the whole bathroom floor became flooding. they have only 5-6 car parking spaces and it is not easy to park or exit to the side road.
